Micheal has been fantastic at explaining all the stages of applying and securing a mortgage to me as a first time buyer. He was transparent, discreet and personable. Micheal kept me informed at each stage the process through email and phone calls. He has been great at explaining all the extras that come with purchasing a house - like insurance and wills.
