Until now, our experience with Romans has been fairly poor. But Ceri is a shining light in this organisation. Her communication (an essential quality) is excellent. She always keeps me informed, and makes sure the job is done. I have mentioned one date below, as requested, but Ceri's high standards are ongoing.

A quick note to say a massive thank you to Kim and the team at Romans for swift relet turnaround. Superb service and thank you for going the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly.

We rented a property through Romans, on a supposed "long term" lease. Having bought all new furniture, to fit the property, imagine our surprise when we received a "notice to leave" after only 10 months. S
Talking to neighbours later, we found out that none of the previous tenants had been there for more than 12 months.
I reckon they just advertised it as a long term lease just to get someone in. Shabby treatment plus all the expense of having to move again!!

We have used Romans for our new home to rent. The whole process went forward smoothly and the people involved from the Winchester brunch were all lovely and helpful. Highly recommended

Thanks to Romans Winchester all there staff and Mr Liam Wray I now have a lovley new home secured for me for when I come back to the UK all the way from Iraq. Romans is an absolute definite recomend for anyone looking to buy or rent a property, especially if your doing it from long distance and all by email.
