Really disappointed in the Swindon (Taw Hill) branch. Not only did I feel as though they didn’t really care about anything (since they took over from Dewhurst). I’ve just had to deal with an issue that nearly caused a problem with my credit file. They notified Thames Water that we had moved in to the property we just moved out from! And I started to receive outstanding bills from Thames Water!! Luckily I know someone who helped me sort it.

I had searched for property that was available within 2 weeks , team helped me with all the process and made it look very easy. The updates were provided on timely manner and complete transparency for on going process
Thankful for seamless process and would definitely recommend services offered by Romans!!

I have had no issue with romans if I have a problem it’s always delt with on time .

I have had a property managed by Romans (previously Dewhurst) for 12 years. I have worked with many people, currently Christine Lancaster, all who have been exemplary and professional. I have been kept in the loop at all times and been offered sound and practical advice. Definitely would recommend as a property management agency.

Katie Page was an incredible help in my journey to finding a rental property. She was very professional, friendly and responsive when helping me with my inquiries.

I met Christine Lancaster since January 2020 I rented this property, she is a wonderful property manager to me. Anytime I needed something to be fixed in the house she didn't hesitate to get it solved.
English is not my first language so sometimes I find it a bit difficult to explain my needs but she'll be patient and polite untill she gets what I meant.
