Excellent service, smooth process

Amanda Force-Jones has dealt with us all through the process of finding a property and helped with everything to ensure a smooth and easy move - in. She’s been ever so helpful and lovely, and easy to reach out to.

We reported a problem for the attention of Naomi Hamilton on the evening of 27th Feb with the ground floor cloakroom wc, the siphon wasn’t working properly and a plumber arrived mid morning 28th and replaced
it. You can’t ask for a better service than that!

Jade has made what could have been a difficult rental period so much easier to handle and we are very impressed with her forward thinking and enthusiasm. Always felt she had my best interest at heart and nothing was ever too much for her to work through. Romans are very lucky to have such a wonderful member of staff.

Jordan and Jake were very helpful and alway easy to reach out to.
The whole process of purchasing my house was very easy and it didn’t took a very long time. I would definitely recommend them and if I need to sell or purchase I will definitely contact them.

We have had the pleasure both of letting and then selling our property through Romans - and the service we have had on both counts has been exemplary.
Christine and her lettings team were absolutely meticulous in handling the various ‘housekeeping’ issues which arose when we were renting out our house.

She is very kind and gentle and nevermind the recurrent emails from the tenant and always has an answer or will get you one. I hope I can make my first move-in with her kind assistance.

Mark Davidson at Romans was very helpful when finding a new tenant for one of our properties, he did a similarly good job earlier in the year at another property and I'm pleased to say everything has gone smoothly. We let several properties with Romans and I'm always pleased when Mark is involved.

Jade has been instrumental in resolving certain issues with our departure from the Roman group. What a pleasant, helpful and caring individual - a credit to herself firstly and then the company- Romans is very fortunate to have an employee of her calibre!

Swindon Taw Hill Branch, Very unprofessional, rented from them for 13 years (doesn’t mean anything) bad mouth the landlord saying how tight he is and will not pay for repairs, give you two months notice and when you call to say it might be a few days more until we can move out told they will take legal action, nothing else not oh sorry we can’t do that, just straight to we will take legal action, then a few days before you move out email you (no phone call) to say they can’t take the property back on the date they said they could? Given a new date by email (no phone call) waiting for a time, no time given then told to drop the keys at the agent at my earliest convenience (was not told this is how it works) drop the keys off to a young lad and then signed a post it note to confirm I have returned to keys, staff turn over is unreal but says a lot I wouldn’t want to work for there either and learn quickly to be a keyboard warrior, good luck to all the landlords that let them rent there properties for them

Made the purchasing process very easy for a first time buyer. Easy and friendly to chat to and no such thing as a silly question!

We were the buyers so technically not the client but Romans made buying a house the best experience it could possibly be. We took their advice on having a mortgage advisor, Morgan who was brilliant and was available even on his day off to answer my questions. Catherine our move manager was absolutely on it and made the whole process so much easier. They really do offer a 5 star service and I would have no hesitation in using them again in the future. Well Done.
