Isabella York was particularly helpful during a very stressful three months last year.
Nothing was too much trouble , she was reassuring and guide us through many a difficult day! We always reverted to Issy for advice as we could could on her wise experience . Many thanks Issy well need you later in the year !

We had a very good experience with Romans Sunningdale. We've dealt with them before and we were very pleased. Overall the service from the Sunningdale branch was excellent. They kept us informed on a regular basis. We were very impressed by the customer service. Chloe and Atesh were amazing. Between them, they dealt with everything in a professional and calm manner.
We would definitely recommend the Sunningdale branch.  

Romans estate agents are incompetent and do not act professionally or with consideration for either the tenant of the landlord.
Would never use them again

I was recently a tenant in a property that was managed by Romans.
Unfortunately at the end of tenancy , there was a dispute regarding the deposit between landlord and myself.
Isabella York who managed property ,
supported me through this , all the way to the end result.
Isabella is professional , knowledgeable in her field of practice.
She explained the process (which went all the way to the adjudicator) and kept me updated.
If I emailed or called , she would return my calls , messages when she could.
I had never been through this process which was quite stressful at times but Isabella was reassuring to me regarding the stages we went through.

Got excellent work ethos acts immediately with any queries you might have.
Katie originally showed me around the property before I decided to rent and answered any questions I had .
To sum Katie up she will do very well in the industry and in life because in general she's got the right attitude manners and politeness which very hard to encounter these days.

I have been a resident for nearly 4 Months, during which short time I have had some problems with various parts and Equipment in my Apartment !
Nevertheless Pooja has always very Promptly Managed and Organised these matters.

AVOID AT ALL COST. If you can avoid using Romans Sunningdale as your lettings agent and property manager, please do. Despite paying them over GBP 700 per month, we have had to do most of the work ourselves and in order to get Romans to do anything at all we have needed to chase violently a number of times. Any proactivity on their side is completely absent and their complacency has put our property at risk several times - e g not tending to leaking pipes with urgency or leaving keys / fobs at the property during viewings.

We asked Romans for a partial refund of the management fees due to the extremely poor service. We were promised three months' compensation which they then wiggled out of on the basis a technicality. We are deeply embarrassed on their behalf and will never use Romans Sunningdale again. AVOID AT ALL COST AS YOU'LL GET NOTHING BUT EXCUSES.
