Exceptional Service From Scott Stevens
We moved into a property in Clifton, Bristol last year with Romans. Since our first interaction, Scott Stevens has been an absolute delight to work with. Scott has consistently been kind, compassionate, incredibly hard-working and has answered all of our questions promptly. In all the years I have rented, Scott has comfortably been the best letting advisor I have encountered. I honestly can't stress enough how easy he has made the process of moving into a new home for my partner and I. I could not recommend Scott more highly if you planning to let with Romans.

Great initially, but the continued support doesn't seem to be there
You can see from the other comments that it's all sunshine and roses when it comes to finding a place and getting the contract sorted (if you ignore the no deposit option that you're practically forced into). But once you're in, it's very hard to get hold of anyone
Potentially will be left 5 weeks with major repair work needed from day 1. Never had these problems when letting directly from a landlord.
