We have worked with Donna Brant for many years since we purchased our rental property. Initially we worked with her at Leaders letting agency very happily and then Romans purchased Leaders. We were anxious about this change but were pleased when Donna remained as our managing agent. She has maintained her excellent levels of service - friendly, efficient, quick to respond, clear, patient, helpful and trusted to work with us to manage the property and relationship with our lovely tenants in the way we would wish. We experienced a problem with only one tenant in 9 years and Donna worked with us to resolve this as painlessly as possible, while working closely or at a greater distance depending on our relationship with the particular tenant.

We have rented through Romans Bracknell for the last 4 years and overall experience has been great. Thank you to Lisa Fazal, who is always friendly and for when any issues arise these are sorted in a timely manner.

I have been working with Donna recently on some maintenance issues at the flat I let out. I have been very impressed with her enthusiasm, professionalism and efficiency. She is always very friendly and cheerful which makes dealing with her a pleasure. Keep up the good work! :-)

Romans (Jonathan Hawthorne in particular) provided first class service from their market appraisal, recommended listing price to sell our house including a professional photographer for our property brochure and online listing. Our house sold in 2 days at full asking price to proceedable buyers. Communication was excellent throughout and the experience of Jonathan Hawthorne meant all troubleshooting ended positively. Very impressive!

Donna our contact with Romans for our rented property has been an absolute star for the whole time we have been in this property (approx 7 years). Nothing is ever too much trouble for Donna, she’s friendly and approachable and has made our experience of being tenants very pleasurable and straight forward. I have always found Kimberley Garcia very helpful and friendly, whenever I have an issue I have always found her to be very quick and efficient in resolving the issue, she always keeps me informed and gets things done
