Our property manager is Denise Hurn, since moving into our property 3 years ago, we have had nothing but the best service. We get regular calls to check we are ok, and every single maintenance issue has been sorted almost instantly. She has been great for us since renting with Romans!

We recently rented a property through Romans in Basingstoke. The agent assigned to us was Megan Cathers, All I can say is "What a STAR!". I had technical difficulty with the Romans Portal, Megan solved the problem after consultation with the technical team. She also arranged numerous visits to the property so the I could take measurements etc. I realised that I had left some items at my previous property and she organised a date for me to go and collect. Megan is a complete professional, knowledgeable, empathatic and with a sense of humour! An asset to Romans in every sense,

Mya Bradford has been exceptional thought the whole process and made it very smooth and easy, would recommend!

I let a property through Romans for the last 26 years. The property was let on a fully managed basis. The service received has been good, knowledgeable and helpful with the last property manager Denise exceptional.

My partner and myself are first time buyers so the whole process was really daunting but Mia made us feel so at ease and really helped with everything. Our move manager Hannah was great and always gave us updates when we weren’t always finding out the answers we wanted to !

This was the third estate agent we had turned to to sell our house. We had already wasted 6 months, 3 with an immensely inept agent however, when we approached Ben, he listened to our previous experiences and in his cool, calm, collected manner, he reassured us that none of our gripes would be repeated. I left their office wanting to believe what he had said, half-doubtful he would keep his word based on my previous experiences with other estate agents. I shouldn't have questioned it really. Interest in the property doubled and his team constantly kept in touch. Mia and Oli were also superb with their friendly, positive, progressive approaches, making us feel at the centre of sale but doing ALL the work on our behalf. Ben practically guaranteed a sale when I first met him and he stuck to his word. They found a buyer within three months. Such a professional approach that took the huge pressure of selling our property away from us. I was a fool not to have gone with them from the beginning. Amazing efforts, thank you so much for getting us over the line.

Very good and prompt service. Agents are reachable easily. Issues will be handled promptly and fix ASAP.

I reported a much needed repair, and within 24 hours a replacement had been fitted, thanks to Ben.

Once again Ben went above & beyond to solve the issue !

Denise has been very helpful with some issues in my flat. She is always very attentive and patient in our calls, always trying her best to help.

I have been using Romans to let my property whilst abroad for over 10 years and find them very reliable and professional. Denise Hurn (Basingstoke branch) manages my account and is always prompt and helpful with her replies and co-ordinates any maintenance requirements with the tenants and contractors.

Bloor Homes assigned Romans as my estate agent for an assisted move. I had a prejudgment on how I thought Romans would handle it and I was pleasantly surprised. Vasco and Mia handled most of the viewings and communications and they have been fantastic. I would recommend them moving forward

The team seamed incompetent to deal with the sale effectively, granted the property was a repossession. In the future they should ensure they have all information pertaining to the property before listing it on the market, especially if they are going to push for a 28 day exchange. Mine took 6 months in the end.

Benjamin Nujeerallee from Romans is very understanding, fast and fair!

Romans have been our managing agent for a coach-house in Basingstoke for the last few years. Throughout this time our property manager Denise Hurn has been fantastic. She is really "on the ball". She is fair and reasonable and acts as a fantastic interface/interim between us and our tenants. There are other letting agents to chose from but we haven't even looked because we are so happy with the service we get from Denise (I bet her retention numbers are high - hopefully she gets rewarded for that accordingly)!

Since Benjamin Nujeerallee took over as my property manager, things have massively improved over the shocking service previously received. Ben is quick to respond to issues and requests and progresses things well. Such a change. Thanks Ben.
