Next day delivery..DONT waste you’re money
Got my order in before 2 for next day delivery (paid extra £6.95 for this)
Had two phone calls with differing delivery times and finally third day delivery arrived 4 hours after delivery time had ended.
The get out clause of course is that “due to COVID”......well, have to say NOT had any issues with orders from any other company’s for next day delivery’s at all this year so, UNIMPRESSED

The customer service was faultless and…
The customer service was faultless and it was the cheapest price around by a considerable distance. The gin arrived when stated and is expertly packaged so there is no fear of damages. I will certainly be using them again

Very good value
Very good value. Arrived promptly and well packaged. Slight problem with order as 2 beers were missing and one arrived which I hadn't ordered, but despite me contacting about this by email on a Sunday I had an email a few hours later offering me a refund and the missing beers to be sent the next day with next day delivery. Very good customer service and I will definitely be buying from here again.

Remember, if your phone rings with 0845 60211111 IT IS NOT a fake call but Parcelforce letting you know about delivery so don't ignore - answer it!
