Hi, currently in a dispute with this company, no delivery on item ordered, refund promised but not yet received. Found some contact details on Tesco Marketplace: Director - Miss Pembe Atuf, registered address of company 173 Swan Lane Wickford SS11 7DG, telephone number 07506532243 if this helps anyone. I will say that I have NOT tried the phone number myself as yet as I don't want to jeopardise my claim at present but thought i'd post it if useful to anyone. Will be reporting to trading standards regardless of outcome, accepting payment for orders that they know they cannot fulfill is against UK law for a start. I do usually look at reviews but, like a lot of people, thought ordering through Debenhams would be ok, how wrong could I have been! Debenhams are happy to see how it plays out over the next few days so we'll see how they react if no refund received. Will update when I know more - for those who have reviewed already - I wish you well with any action you take, for those who are looking to order from this company - Don't, just don't, no - oh they can't be that bad or i'm sure it's just a blip - you have been warned.

Sent the wrong item and are refusing to replace it with the correct one I ordered! Ordered through Debenhams who are not helping either. I’ll be avoiding both companies from now on

I dont know how this website is still managing to sell through 3rd parties such as B&Q as its very clearly a scam site.

Awful do NOT post out. Twice i received emails to say item was being dispatched NEVER happened then my emails were ignored when i emailed to inform them of no tracking number received. I n the end after 2 weeks of promising dispatch I raised a dispute with the bank. I was lucky the bank refunded me. I wish i had read the reviews before i ordered i wont make the same mistake again

If I could give a 0 I would. I paid £11.99 for a garden ornament that was never delivered..I have contacted them on 3 occasions to attempt to get a refund from them but still no joy !!

Agree with all the 1 star reviews. This company basically doesn't exist. No one gets their items, or they come faulty.

I ordered an ottoman. The bottom fell off immediately to reveal that it was all held together with random metal spikes. No glue, no bolts, no screws. Just dangerous metal spikes poking out of the cushion, and pressed into the 'bottom' of the ottoman.

I have reported them to my credit card as fraud and also escalated to the Trading Standards Authority as it seems even in singular 5 star review written here, the reviewer did not get their item. They are a complete scam and there's simply no plainer way to put it.

I ordered a table May 25th, which was meant to arrive in a week. No arrival, no response to emails, did a live chat almost 2 weeks ago, and told they were faulty, but can send a new one within a week.
Nearly 2 weeks later still no table, keep trying live chat and no response when told connecting to a human!
Worst service, do not buy from them, and I ordered direct.

Awful company, AVOID!!!
Wrong item received and when it did arrive it was in terrible condition, box was ripped, scratched goods. No contact when I have tried to contact them, several times. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Awful experience, items not received no way of contacting this company only by email, in the end I went through my bank to do a chargeback and received my refund, avoid at all costs

SCAM company. Ordered a gift for a family member. Was supposed to be delivered a week ago.... STILL waiting and NO RESPONSE to 3 emails. Conveniently there is no contact phone number anywhere. This company need to be shut down

I placed an order through Tesco Marketplace and initially felt reassured using a well-known retailer, but this has been a really disappointing experience.
I received an automated confirmation from Tesco advising that delivery would be due last Friday, however the item has still not arrived. There has been no update from the supplier, and the order status remains unchanged.
I have attempted to contact the company directly and received no response. I also reached out to Tesco, but unfortunately support has been unhelpful and I’ve been left to resolve this myself.
I am now having to pursue a refund through my bank, which should not be necessary.
Overall, this has been a poor experience from both the seller and Tesco Marketplace. I would strongly advise others to check reviews carefully before ordering — I only wish I had done the same. I trusted ordering via Tesco would provide some level of assurance, but that has not been my experience.

I ordered two mirrors from Garden Greatness which arrived damaged ( both mirrors were smashed). I immediately contacted Garden Greatness via their contact form, no response, so three days later I emailed them, no response. I emailed them a third time, again no response. I then read the reviews on Trustpilot ( which I wished I had done before ordering from this Company.) I paid £119.58 for a box of broken glass in a cheap plastic frame, and when I tried to get my money back all I got total silence. There is no address or telephone number on their website so it's almost impossible to get any reply from them once they have your money. My tip would be if you still order something from them after reading all of the reviews, buy it using a credit card, at least then, you can get your money back!
The only positive observation is that they are consistent, one star is too good for this business

Really bad service.

I treated myself to what I thought was going to be a lovely vase from this company, it had one of my favourite flowers on it and I loved it. I ordered it while I was in hospital very ill and looked forward to getting it when I got home.

It took way too long to get to me for a start and then when it finally got to my house it was wrong. It was not the one I ordered.

I contacted the company and they offered me £10 partial refund, for a £43 vase, plus postage, or to return it. I am a disabled woman, who walks with 2 crutches and chronically ill, there is no way I can return it as I dont drive and cant carry a box that size so I literally dont know what to do. I dont actually really like the vase they sent either. It doesnt match my living room.

Very disappointed. This was not what I ordered. I will never order from this company again, despite having loads of things in my basket that I was going to get. Its very unprofessional.

Ordered through debenhams 3rd of May still not received ignoring all messages I send no one gets back to me debenhams trying to sort out but very slow
Last time ordered debenhams I ordered a clock and came from garden greatness they sent the wrong clock which had to keep was such a ordeal to send back

I placed an order on the 9th may, delivery was 2-4 days. Its now the 22nd may and still nothing has arrived. I've tried contacting the seller twice via email and also on their website and have had nothing back. I want to cancel the order but I cant see anyway to do that either.. so they've essentially just stolen my money.

Orderd a clock through the Debenhams website who then direct you to this company.
No clock arrived after continuous email's to Debenhams and this company kept saying wait 48hours
It's now 20th May I orderd the clock on the 17th April so a month on no clock no refund and atleast 20 email's.
Have today been told refund is on its way wait 5 days.
Not sure who I'd avoid from now on this company or Debenhams.
But horrible experience. Avoid

AVOID. I am stupid and should have checked TrustPilot like I usually do. Avoid this company totally. I ordered 3 items that never arrived as promised. I emailed them and received a nice reply assuring delivery a few days later. Nothing arrived and they never replied to any emails. Fortunately I paid by credit card and my money was refunded. Again. Please avoid this company.

Only order from this company if you enjoy chasing up orders that never arrive and want to lose your money …

Slow to reply to emails - oh, and how convenient! They have no number to call 😵‍💫 When they do finally reply, they give false hope of ‘wE dIsPaTchEd iT, dID u Not gEt iT yEt?’

And fun fact - B&Q can’t do anything to help you if ordered through them so you’ll have to raise it with your bank to finally get your refund.

Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Brought item via B&Q marketplace, 3 weeks later still no item, no reply to emails or communication they won't even reply to B&Q who have since thankfully refunded my money. AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY DON'T BUY FROM THEM
