What can I say this firm is 10 out of 10 I ordered 3 bottles of gin for my daughters 30th birthday arrived the next day superbly packaged and a bottle of whitley neill mango and lime which I haven't seen anywhere else yet so they have rare and unusual things at decent price so I recommend this site as my first choice now first order went without hitch I'm super pleased

Made a order next day delivery , to 2 weeks to turn up after me emailing and getting on there case, then order came missing items , then I was told they would send me some tonic water which has not come and can not be bothered to chase no more , will not use this company again.

Lovely service, postage a little steep and it said free box of lindt chocolates where only 6 came in a packet so bit misleading really, but never mind. It did sway me between buying it at the supermarket and from roister, and i bought from roister but then paid £2 more for the gin and £6 postage so next time I’ll probably buy it from the supermarket lol but thankyou for swift delivery

Delivery of my order was prompt and very well packaged. There was an issue with one of our bottles, but it was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. I am very impressed with Roisters customer care and communication. I would not hesitate to recommend them, or use them again myself.

Well packed, quick delivery, fair price, all good. As for the wine it is going to be put down (not in the same way as a cat..) as it will be too young to drink now.
