Unlike some other reviews I have had a very good experience and have ordered from them again. Absolutely delighted with the way the lug plants were packed so that they arrived in one piece, despite the best efforts of couriers to throw them around. The plug plants were all healthy. Up to date emails telling me the order progress and the tracking details were frequent and when I wrote in to thank them, using their contact for complaints, very quick response.

Received yesterday and lots of plants look nearly dead and waited a month for delivery. There’s flies coming out of box to :( definitely not worth the price even with discount codes

Lovely company, I've bought a few times now and will continue as the plugs I recieve are always strong and healthy plants. You wait a few weeks for delivery but that's only fair because they make such a good job of growing the plants for you. The packaging is excellent, the plant don't show any signs of distress..thank you Rocket Gardens for all the good work

2nd year in a row that delivery very late and lots of same excuses. Today I got a message saying it was delivered, when in fact it has not been.By the time I get the order it is pretty much too late in the season to be useful. Frustrating company to deal with.

I would give zero stars if possible. No way to contact the company directly. Plants ordered almost a month ago and still no sign of them. First I was fobbed off with an excuse that their warehouse was "busy" and now an email explaining personal circumstances but that my order would be with me by tomorrow. However it hasn't even been dispatched. I want my money back but can't even speak to someone to do this

A bit of a delay with my order, but got it sorted and the plants all arrived in good nick and with a lovely helpful guide. Can recommend.

After a mixup about delivery dates, I had nothing but positive experiences from rocket Gardens. The problem was solved, and all emails from the company were helpful. They were honest enough to admit the problem was theirs and… turned up trumps with delivering a second batch of seedlings when we returned home from our holiday. Can wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Received nice healthy plants in paper packaging which is so nice as the big companies all seem to use plastic. Was kept informed of order progress and for me great to be able to order relatively locally.Will definitely be ordering again

Ordered beans and pumpkins but received beans and courgettes. Four days later is still proving impossible to contact them and get anything other than automated replies via email, their Chatbot or phone number. Have now asked Paypal to help with contacting them and PayPal are taking the dispute on for me. I dont have time for bad customer service. I ordered from them - to save me time not spend time trying to communicate with a company happy to take our money but not wanting contact.

First time ordering from Rocket Gardens. Absolutely wowed by outstanding fresh green plants. Celeriac and Leeks. Wrapped beautifully in brown paper with planting instructions. Included a catalogue and some postcards which are now framed and displayed in shed. Plants doing well on allotment despite unpredictable weather for this time of year. Will definitely be ordering more. Was kept fully up to date on progress of order as well. Excellent service, thank you.

Terrible customer service. Arrival of orders takes so long that by the time the plants arrive the season has moved on. Stay away on all costs

Four days after my 1 star review, I get a reply. Wow, you really care about your customers.

First delivery had 20 sweetcorn plug plants missed off the delivery. After many emails second delivery received with 10 sweetcorn plug plants 2 weeks later. Now back to sending more emails to try to get the remainder of my order sent. Too many mistakes in their delivery systems

All the plants I have received from Rocket have been really good quality. The little booklet and newsletter is helpful. And the little message on the packaging really made me laugh , “I’m a plant get me out of here” thank goodness someone still has a sense of humour

1st time using so a bit dubious if they were legit. Panicked about late delivery but all plants arrived in tip-top condition and in environmentally friendly packaging too! Will definitely be using Rocket Gardens again. Xxx

I have ordered from this company before and was impressed by both the quality and packaging of their plug plants however my order this time was a complete disaster , I placed my order nearly 4 weeks ago and was told to wait for an email when they were due to be dispatched. I received the email last Thursday to say that my delivery had been dispatched and to wait for a further email which would show my tracking number, this was never sent. I started to email Rocket Gardens last Sunday and was surprised that I received a response the same day, they informed me of my shipment tracking number but my parcel which was around £130 of plug plants had been lost in transit from the packing depot to the courier. Numerous emails some of them automated and I am still no further forward with regards to this order, I was advised that everything was in stock but the packaging department would now not accept any more orders until next week, I find this utterly ludicrous given that these are live plants surely they need to be shipped as soon as possible before they are past their best. Needless to say I will not be recommending this company to my fellow plot holders neither will I order from you again , not having a telephone number and using only email as a means of communication is frustrating and the lack of customer care is disappointing , Rocket Gardens your business is not what it once was.

Ordered from here after being let down by my usual supplier and because the plants I was expecting were slightly unusual, so I couldn't just go out and find them anywhere.

They arrived well packaged and in good condition. Time will tell how they do, but everything looks good so far.

Great range, good ordering system, well-packaged, and most importantly, the plants were in good condition when they arrived.

Plants seemed bigger and at a later stage of development than other places I've ordered from - which is good because it means bigger plants for a longer period.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about (must be from an earlier time when they went through a bad patch?). I contacted the customer services a few times with some issues, I have to say, every time they were very responsive and very helpful.

We received a box of seedlings from Rocket Garden for a school gardening club. There were a generous amount of each type of seedling and they arrived well packaged in card packaging. The seedlings themselves were in good condition and have survived the less than ideal start of having to wait 4 days for our club to meet, be planted by novice gardeners and then have very little rain for a week! The company were easy to contact and got back to me quickly. Would recommend
