Mia and Davide were professional, polite, attentive to our design plans, and creative in making alternative design proposals. . It was an absolute pleasure having the help of Mia and Davide. Mia is a great sales person.

We were very fortunate in meeting with Alara Buyuran who has a great passion for the brand and its offering. She has a great customer service approach we quickly grasped what we were trying to achieve and added a great deal of value with her advice and support. She is a real asset to your business being both intelligent and thoughtful in meeting customer needs.

Have been buying Roche Bobois furniture for many years, started in Palma Mallorca and Harrods .

More recently Dimitris who was in Chelsea before he went to Walton on Thames has helped me furnish my new build in the Channel islands. Both the sitting room which is almost finished with just a couple of pieces to come and the TV room look great. By adding the pieces in the sitting room I’ve gradually found the style I wanted.

Dimitri has always been very helpful and charming, even calling me on his day off.

The quality of the Roche bobois furniture is excellent. In fact I shipped the original sofa armchair and some glass tables from Mallorca which were over 15 years old and still in good condition. I’m now looking forward to a new rug which is being specially made size wise to match and two lamps to arrive.

Having liaised with multiple luxury brands, I am not an easy client to impress, yet this team earned my confidence effortlessly, prioritizing the right investment for the client over quick sales, a rare and highly commendable approach. Ms Luong is a true credit to Roche Bobois, and the Chelsea boutique sets the benchmark for luxury client care and professionalism in the high-end furniture industry.

After having found the cabinet of my dreams, my one concern was the nightmare of getting it shipped to the US.

Dimitris at Roche Bobois is making this process so seamless and within my budget and I couldn't be more grateful.

Wonderful choice of super stylish furniture, delightful shopping experience (with excellent coffee). The ordering and payment processes were clear and simple, and we were given full attention throughout.

Mia was the sales person helping me throughout the process. We started with a phone call to the store where she was very helpful in helping me understand what options I had for the purchase of a dining table that I needed asap. She immediately offered to send me information via email which I received a few minutes after we hung up. That afternoon I stopped by the store and she was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. She stayed passed the closing time to ensure that I was not rushed and I ended up buying my table which will be delivered in the next couple of weeks. She was fantastic!
