2 splinternieuwe flocare 3 voedingspompen geleend voor mijn sondevoeding. Dag en nacht gaan ze zonder rede af en oplossen dat het apparaat voeding geeft ipv piept lukt alleen kortdurend door alles te resetten en te vervangen. Waardeloos die slapeloze nachten en niet kunnen bukken zonder gepiep en gedoe.

Nutridrink, alke smaken voor zieke mensen die enorm afvalle omdat ze geen eetlust hebben: ontzettend vieze, gore, afschuwlijk zoete drank. Hierna heb je geen eetlust meer , tenminste 10 uur lang en ben je kotsmisselijk. En dat bevordert natuurlijk het verkoop want als je tegen de arts zegt dat je geen eetlust hebt dan schrijt de dietiste nutridrink voor. Kijk nog eens in de ingredienten: daar schrik je pas van! Schurken! Zieke mensen zulke troep aanbieden!! Vreet maar zelf op.

Terrible service. Had to chase product delivery twice, still not received and customer service connection very poor. This is an important product for those needing it...the company needs to do better. Would not recommend.

Where do I start about two ago and still waiting put an order through for three milk formulas quick tosure you pay for the order fast forward last Friday after numerous email they told they only had two left imagine two in the whole warehouse they could have mentioned it to n their website but no take your money and wait all I can say don’t order from this company directly

Absolutely atrocious service. My poorly father relies on these deliveries, he has throat cancer,cannot eat or drink orally and all his nutrition comes from these feeds. The deliveries are constantly being delayed. The customer service is diabolical, waiting forever on the phone on hold. They supply two weeks of feed at a time, mo more, no less. They don't deliver until the day before or the day it is due to run out. Very poor. Disappointing.

Recently changed order system for Souvenaid, a lovely service representative Narelle used to call me every three week's to place order.

Need to call a main number to order, wait online for ages, then get an Indian based call centre and constantly repeating myself.

Go to pay with card and say one moment need to stop recording call, no notification call was being recorded at any stage, which is a legal requirement at the beginning of a call as you can ask for it not to be recorded.

Payment process has now changed, two calls later still unable to buy Souvenaid for my mother with Alzheimer's, and will run out in 8 days.

Shockingly awful launch of new app. Recent delivery short, currently been waiting one hour and ten minutes on the customer service line. For a company that provides nutrition support to vulnerable people, you are incapable of delivering a service fit for purpose.

Always messing up deliveries and not picking up the phone. Been on hold for 4 hours with noone answering the phone. I am dealing with a sick child and they keep adding stress to my life.

delivery left at random house with my phone number on it, not being to able to get hold of this company considering they have the monopoly of supplying feeds this is awful as there is no alternative poor service

“Nutricia has the worst customer service in the world. This company only adds to my stress while I care for my child with special needs.

Despite repeatedly asking them not to deliver items without my confirmation, they continue to waste NHS resources by sending deliveries without checking with me first. If you ever need assistance or try to call them, they never answer.
I am absolutely fed up with this terrible service.

Nutricia delivers the Fortisip (syringes and purified water) my wife needs to stay alive (and has done for over a year). It has a brilliant system online where you enter your stock and it calculates how much you need. Delivery notifications work well. Excellent service also from the Nutricia nurse to resolve problems I had at first, with prompt home visits. No hesitation in giving 5 stars.

Nutricia have been delivering Nutrison to me for 5 years and the ordering service on line is simple.
However, the delivery service has deteriorated over the last year to the extent that the delivery dates mean nothing. The last 2 monthly orders have resulted in 5 separate deliveries for a single order each time. Complaints have been ignored.

They poised and made sick my 3month old baby with their Nutrilion Bio product! The company confirmed that there was a production mistake and cartboard particuliers were mixed to the formula food!!! They did not pull the other formula boxes from the market, they did not ask how my baby’s health is, they did not share their quality chrck report with us and skipped to answer our detailed questions. For such a big company and brand this is totally unexpectable, shame and damage of their brand!!! The only thing they want to do is close the case as soon as possible!!!! Do not trust this brand, they are all in the market but they dont care about our baby’s health at all. Its all about their profit!

Wat een topproduct is dit zeg! Ik gebruik dit ivm slechte eetlust en ongewenst afvallen en doordat ik slecht eet heb ik dus ook geen energie en voelde ik mij futloos. Ik gebruik deze drankjes nu circa twee weken en ik voel mij weer wat, opgeknapt,opgewekter en fitter! Vooral de energie die ik er van kreeg verbaasde mij ik kan mij nog heugen dat ik tegen mijn arts zei dat ik een wonderpil wilde die mij energie geeft oid. Nou dit drankje heeft echt wel effect op mijn energiehuishouding ik krijg echt enorme energie van dit drankje echt ongelofelijk! Ik ben superblij dat dit drankje effect heeft gehad op mij want ik leefde al een tijdje op survival modus. De diëtist heeft dagelijks 2x geadviseerd voor nu maar ik denk dat ik het af ga bouwen naar 1x daags omdat ik nu wel weer beter voel. Ik bestel ze via Sorgente en ze worden netjes afgeleverd aan huis. De smaakjes zijn ook erg lekker en niet te zoet gekoeld drink je ze lekker weg. Het smaakt echt lekker. Mijn oprechte dank aan de ontwikkelaars van dit drankje wat een verschil kan zoiets in iemands leven hebben zeg. Ik heb ook weer de kracht om normale porties te koken en te eten.(vaak misselijk slechte eetlust combineer het drankje nu met mijn maaltijden want ik kon de eerste week alleen maar drinken nu gaat het beter,het lijkt wel of het eetlust opwekt maar dat is mijn ervaring) dikke 10 voor kwaliteit .

Als een gezin dat altijd 'Nutricia's Olvarit Rijstebloem 4+ Maanden' heeft gebruikt, werden we onlangs geconfronteerd met een schokkende situatie. Toen ons éénjarig kind begon te stikken na het eten van Olvarit rijstebloem, hebben we onmiddellijk 112 gebeld, waarna zowel de ambulance als de politie snel ter plaatse waren.

In deze noodsituatie, terwijl de ambulancemedewerkers ons kind verzorgden, spuugde hij een niet te identificeren hard wit scherp stukje uit. We konden ons op dat moment niet voorstellen dat dit risico van een Nutricia-product kwam, een merk dat bekend staat om zijn betrouwbaarheid in baby- en kindervoeding.

De ernst van de situatie werd ons pas echt duidelijk toen ik, enkele weken later, zelf op een vergelijkbaar hard stukje in de Olvarit rijstebloem beet. Dit leidde tot de beslissing om voortaan elk nieuw pak Olvarit rijstebloem te filmen en te zeven. Vind ik nogmaals zo'n stukje, dan deel ik dit op sociale media, waaronder Facebook, Twitter en Instagram, en zal ik het verhaal naar de grote kranten sturen.

Daarnaast hebben we van de politieagente beeldmateriaal van haar bodycam ontvangen, dat het incident vastlegt. Dit bewijsmateriaal is cruciaal en zal ook worden gedeeld met genoemde media-outlets.

Deze alarmerende ervaring heeft ons diep geschokt en ons vertrouwen in Nutricia's producten ernstig ondermijnd. Het is volstrekt onaanvaardbaar dat een product bedoeld voor de allerkleinsten gevaarlijke onzuiverheden bevat.
