We was very well looked after by the team at the Ipswich branch yesterday. Sean was brilliant what he doesn't know about watches probably isn't worth knowing. Pay them a visit you won't be disappointed. :)

Here I am 4 years later with no watch offer.... lol. If you want a Rolex don't bother going to Ipswich! Good luck.

This is by far the best Rolex Ad experience I’ve had in the past five years.
I’ve shopped for Rolex watches all around the world and Kevin and the team did not make me feel like I was lucky to buy a watch from them. I had previously been to many Rolex stores in London looking for a Dayjust 41 where I had a relationship with. These Ads treated me as if I was asking to be put on the next rocket to Mars. So for me Robert Gatward Windsor (Rolex) is where I will be happy to buy more Rolex watches from.

Sean was very helpful and even though I was not able to go into the shop due to COVID , he didn’t rush me on the phone went through everything , explained my options and had a great informed chat. Sean is very knowledgeable and I cant wait for the watch to come into stock and hopefully we will be out of lockdown and I can go into the shop to complete my purchase

Customer service is great! The team are very responsive, they’re quick and super helpful. I had an issue with the website but they confirmed everything and made me feel comfortable. I brought a watch and when it came, I opened the actual packaging it was posted in and sweets fell out, along with padding, my box was wrapped beautifully and there was also a little letter from the company as well a really neat envelope with my invoice. The sweets were my favourite part, it was surprising and unexpected of a company especially for deliveries, I loved it. The team were incredibly supportive and friendly and I know that I will be back purchasing with them in future because of it. Highly recommend. Also competitive pricing! Although I did get mine on Black Friday so not sure if this is accurate, but I’d still purchase from here regardless

I’ve been a customer of the Windsor branch of Robert Gatward for a number of years but the level of service received during the pandemic has been exemplary, and I’m once again incredibly pleased with the latest purchase, and the customer service experiences from start to finish.

I bought my wife some lovely earrings for her birthday, which she is enjoying wearing every day. I ordered them online and collected in store. I have bought jewellery from them before and is the first place to look for beautiful jewellery. The service is as usual excellent from Edward and all the team.

Brought my rolex to them to be serviced ladies who greeted me not very welcoming at all spoke to Rolex specialist was friendly nice and polite until he emailed me a bill for 1800 pounds as he said the bracelet needed replacing only thing wrong with it was one of the clasp pin was bent so needed to be replaced they had my watch for about 11 weeks as they sent details of invoice to wrong email address where there should be attention to detail. I did not want to pay 1k for a new bracelet and because I would not buy it they would not polish the original to new which is all part of the service they charged me 726 pounds for half the job done so would never use them or recommend them and they came highly recommended. Spoken to Rolex dealers in Hatton Garden and they said you could not get a new bracelet trade for the price they said it would cost so it could not be a new one they wanted to sell to me still very upset how this was handled and the person who took my watch from me no where to be seen so take your chances if you want but I would never buy or use them for any kind of jewellery I am not saying all the staff gave me a bad experience, the welcoming made me feel under wanted like they did not really want my kind in their shop this is more so the greeter ladies but i got my watch back but felt cheated as even if I did not replace the band on their recommendation they should still have fulfilled their obligation as part of the service to polish back to new and give me back as completed service watch with their recommendation not try to push and force me to give them nearly 2k. When i put my watch in the man I spoke to said it would be no more than 600 pounds in this shop for a service. I would love to give his name but with in the law i can't name and shame I think in this shop depending how one looks you will get first class service or bottom end plus a huge bill. Another rolex dealer said he will get my watch band polished to new for 200 pounds so I feel I am paying twice for a job that should have been done when it was serviced fall stop.

Fantastic service after having my engagement ring made bigger in time for my wedding on Friday 21st August. They met me half way so I didn’t have to journey into Ipswich the day before my wedding.

They price matched the watch I was interested in for my mums 50th birthday present with another jewellers and the process was very smooth. We went into the shop in Windsor and Eszter asked if she could help ,she couldn't have been more helpful and listened to what I wanted she brought a few rings for us to look at and eventually I found exactly what I was looking for she was a delight and was a credit to your company when she went off to wrap our purchase another member of staff came over and chatted to us, very professional and not at all pushy . I would certainly shop at the Windsor branch again and seek out Eszter again
