Your satisfaction is important. That’s why we offer a money-back guarantee*, which allows you to cancel your travel insurance plan within 14 days from your effective date of coverage** or before your scheduled departure date, whichever comes sooner.
Arch RoamRight will refund all of your premiums paid if you cancel coverage within the time specified, provided you have not already filed a claim under the travel insurance plan.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. You can email your request to customerservice@roamright.com.
*Not available to residents of New York and Washington.
**Residents of Indiana have up to 30 days from the effective date of coverage.

This is my rating specifically for Helen, who was helpful, articulate and caring. There is a lot that can be done to improve the interface between the travel agencies and clients who use RoamRight. We didn't know the full price of our trip and insured it only for the deposit we had made. No one from Zicasso, Baccante, or RoamRight told us we would have to update our coverage if the full price was different. Luckily we were able to change our dates for the trip and "slide" our initial payment to RoamRight onto the new coverage. The total amount was shocking to us.
Each person I spoke with at Roam Right explained things differently. Some were nice. Some were less nice. Also, we never got a copy of our coverage until I called and asked for it. Very frustrating.
So 5 stars for Helen. 3 for every other interaction.
