DO NOT STOP AT ANY ROADCHEF Motorway Services.
If you are exhausted and fall asleep while there, and accidentally stay longer than 2 hours you will be hit with a £100 Parking Charge Notice from CP Plus/Group Nexus..
If you ask RoadChef for help they will basically not be interested, as they obviously feel that it is far better to ignore government advice and get back onto the motorway and fall asleep at the wheel causing a nasty accident!!!!
Having not seen the PCN's, CP Plus sent Debt Collectors after me as the owner of the vehicle, they sent me threatening letters and tried to charge me extortionate additional amounts..
In my opinion a company that prefers to back a parking company that treats people like that, as opposed to their paying customers, are not worth even entertaining and myself and my family and friends will be avoiding them from now on at all costs!!

Magor Motorway Services - Wales
Received a Parking charge notice in the post stating I haven’t paid. I wasn’t aware I had to pay when the new pay scheme started to roll out for Magor motorway In 2017! It was free to park to use Roadchef to buy dinner and use the toilet facilities. I actually parked for a little nap as I was nodding off while driving after working in Cardiff 3 days a week and my home was a 3 hours drive. It was dark and raining and feeling so tired I pulled in Magor motorway service as I normally do for refreshments before driving a long way home.
CP plus send me a parking charge notice Stating I parked on a private land .. is Roadchef a private land? Just checked online it stated it’s free for 4 hours. 3 years later they hiked the charge up to £170, all because I was shattered to drive and wasn’t aware of the new pay parking scheme

Worst servise i ever had, i just stoped at the Maidstone service to buy some food i tryed my luck at “500 jackpot” casino, won some money and tryed to cashout my money but tickets reedeming mashine wasnt working, i ask lady from whilst shop for a help and replyed to me that there is chance to get my money online bet nobody showed how does it works!!! Why the casino i even opened then if nobody can help and half of the mashines are out of order? I live 300mes from this place so i can’t come back that long distance just because of my winning. On top mashines beying out order and employees who doesn’t know they job, there is a massive mess everywhere mcdonalds fries everywhere on the floor and empty rubbish bags on the seats and mashines! Thanks for attention

I was an employee there. I didnt like how they treated me. When I gave my notice in and stopped working for them, they did not give me my P45, which has to be done by the law.

If you use Roadchef at Northampton southbound services beware Roadchef have employed civil enforcement officers who patrol the car park and if you are seen throwing any litter or cigarette ends on the floor they come up to you and fine you £50.Don't get me wrong i'm all for a litter free zone but i think this is all wrong for them to stoop so low by doing this.I don't know the ins and outs of the law but surely if you are going to enforce something then surely there must be signs up in the car park stating that anyone caught dropping litter there will be fined £50.Maybe Roadchef are losing money and this is just another way to bump up there coffers,One thing for sure i won't be stopping at any Roadchef services ever again and i hope other motorists who read this follow suit and boycott them until they stop this out of order behaviour.By the way it wasn't me they caught but i saw 2 motorists get done by throwing there cigarette ends on the floor.One guy was stressed out as it was as his car had broke down and the AA guy told him the his timing belt had snapped and needs a new engine - well done Roadchef who needs enemies
