Richford motor services was a great help after being let down by RAC the lady who called me to arrange my recovery was really helpful and informative she also kept me updated, glyn jones who came to recover my van was really great and helpful plus very professional.

Rescued with a caravan in tow on way to the peak district. Callum from Derby arrived with large truck. In no time we were in our way home wher he revered down a narrow close to our house, did everything he could to help unload. He was courteous at all times. A real pleasure to be rescued by him. A big thank you.

Wonderful Company
They communicated very well with regular calls detailing arrival times. My issue wasn’t easy to fix but a huge thank you in particular to Hamza for his support and persistence to resolve the issue.
He was professional and great to deal with it and I am very grateful to him for getting me moving again !! Great service, supportive office / first contact team and wonderful customer facing technician. Thanks to all of you at RICHFORD Motors !!

Really helpful
Brilliant service from Tyler our patrol guy and the chap on the phone. We encountered Richford Motor Services as the RAC were very busy and contracted our vehicle recovery out to them. Whilst the service from the RAC was absolutely horrendous, Richford could not have been more helpful. Tyler was lovely with our kids and very helpful explaining what was wrong with the car. The man on the phone explained how the process worked with the RAC and how to sort out our onward travel. Thanks guys you made a hellish journey home a lot better.
