Given a clear 2 to 3 hour arrival time. Dave from Grantham arrived and was very careful not to damage my car further. What was obviously a suspension issue at the front, which had subsequently punctured my tyre, was not made worse. Very thankful for the quick and careful service.

First class service from Glyn Jones. After a nice day out our engine cut out on the A1 near Newark. Rac diagnosed the problem and said recovery was required. Glyn turned up with his truck, carefully loaded our car on and we were off back home. Absolutely spot on, first class.

Last night on a bank holiday weekend, we hit a deer which ran out in front of us in the middle of nowhere near Grantham. It damaged the radiator and we called for assistance. There was no one available, apart from Stephen Brown, although having finished his shift, he kindly volunteered to rescue us. What a lovely guy, he looked after us, made sure we were warm before he attached the car. Cannot fault his professionalism and we are so grateful that he refused to leave us stranded. Thank you Stephen.
