Really easy to order and pick up from store. Communication great both online and in store. Friendly staff in the York store.

Excellent service and advice in shop, followed by excellent and patient service on phone when we needed help.

Bought an LG oled tv and Sonos sound system from the York branch. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgable about the products they were selling. They set the systen up for us to listen to and offered advice on the suitable components to buy, which incidently were not the most expensive.
Highly recommend the company.

Everything you do each time I buy a TV is first class, the understanding, the suggestions you make, the price. One thing that needs work is the delivery couriers you used for my latest delivery. Communication was mixed and I was having to do a lot of chasing and phone calls between you and the couriers.

Excellent service with Kevin at York. We were looking to buy a Sony tv, due to it's impressive sound performance. After reviewing my hifi set up, Kevin advised running the tv sound through my Dali speakers. We purchased a Philips OLED tv instead. The picture quality is incredible, and we saved approximately £700 against the Sony. Could not be happier.

I found your staff knowledgable and helpful. They helped me put together a great system that fit my purpose. At a decent price. I had to have one piece delivered, and DPD was the only aspect that was suboptimal. But my Richer Sounds experience was top notch. Would definitely buy from you again.

Everything from the initial enquiry when they took us to see a 77" TV hanging upstairs, to us going in 2 days later to buy the seen TV, was perfect. Aaron was exceptional when we purchased the TV and even arranged speedy delivery (less than 48 hours) as well as making sure the gentleman who initially served us was put down as the salesman (assuming for his commission)

Big shout out to Arron for providing excellent recommendation on my subwoofer and for following up personally on the day of deliver to let me know it's on it's way and also for asking how it sounds. Worth noting I initially spoke to him over a year ago, but couldn't afford it at the time, so when I re-engaged again he immediately provided support and within days decision made. I was extremely pleased with the effort the shop made in supplying my TV, they communicated well took a genuine interest not like a lot of online sellers that are just moving boxes. Not that it’s any fault of the shop but I am disappointed in the quality of the Samsung TV given a price tag of £650 but that isn’t the shops fault that is the manufacturers fault I had expected a better picture quality from Samsung given that price tag. I know it’s not a £2000 television but I did expect it to be better than the £300 Sony that it replaced. But to reiterate, I was very pleased with the service from the shop and would certainly recommend to other purchases and I would use the
