Excellent service from order to delivery, the dedicated delivery guys BJS didn't deliver to the correct room (I said take it straight through, meaning to my living room, but they left it in my hall, not a major issue but still worth mentioning), would still use again, no major issues at all, very pleased with the price as well, good job Richer Sounds!

A TV I bought earlier in the year developed a fault so I needed a replacement for the football, cycling, tennis etc. I am a previous customer of RS and have always been happy with their service. This is the first time using web sales but everything was smooth and hassle free.

The were absolutely brilliant! I got an Eras 100 speaker stand for a really good price and despite free delivery being up to 4/5 working days it arrived in 2 over the weekend! Top notch service. 👍

Great price (cheaper than prime day!) and with a free (if not needed) soundbar system. The usual no-nonsense Richer Sounds service and delivered on the day I choose. Great TV and although smaller than the Samsung 55 inch it replaces, the technology and picture quality have moved on in 8 years.

The ordering process for my LG C5 48 TV was straightforward and super efficient and the price was excellent. I opted for next day delivery and the TV was delivered as promised. All good and based on my experience, would be more than happy to order from Richer Sounds again.

Love this new LG Oled G5 with the LG US60T soundbar, definitely get what you pay for, the G5 is amazing for bright rooms aswell, and richer sounds kept me informed all the way with my order. The delivery team were also very careful and put it in my preferred room. For my first purchase and experience from richer sounds, I would most definitely recommend them and buy from them again!

Faultless online purchase transaction. Was looking for some mid priced decent wireless ear buds as my excellent jabra active 7s batteries are deteriorating after 3 years regular daily use. Following some research plumbed for some amiron 100s. Initially tried some tozo cheapies from Amazon during prime day promotion but ended up returning (get what you pay for, nuff said). Richer sounds still had a good promotion deal on the amirons. Ordered, took free 2-3 day delivery option, actually received next day dpd tracked. All good, just hope the new ear buds prove to be the same (time will tell, early use very positive).

Always great Service from Richer sounds, in store or online. In this case online and battery pack was dispatched very quickly and at a great price. No reflection on Richer Sounds but one drawback is their use of DPD. Never next day delivery and then they deliver to the wrong address.
