Richer Sounds - Swiss Cottage Recensioni

I recently upgraded my hi-fi set up (new speakers, amplifier, and CD player) and booked a demonstration at the demo room at Richer Sounds in Swiss Cottage. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The team was absolutely fantastic and incredibly helpful. It’s been my second visit there, and each time I was impressed by the highly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff there. Especially Andre went above and beyond when he prepared three different pairs of speakers and two different amplifiers for me to listen to. His excellent advice, patience, and super friendly manner helped me to make an informed buying decision, not to mention the unbeatable discount I got during the Black Friday event. I thoroughly enjoyed this shopping experience and I am very happy with my purchase. I can’t recommend this place and the team highly enough. This will be my go-to address for everything hi-fi for the years to come. Well done to Andre and the team at Richer Sounds in Swiss Cottage!

Very helpful staff with good quality Hifi products.

Very helpful and friendly advice from Filip at Swiss Cottage.
Really made it worthwhile going into the store to speak to a human.

Great products at best available prices along with exceptional customer service.

Excellent personal advice from knowledgeable staff. Olly in the Swiss Cottage branch was particularly helpful. They even carried out all the equipment to my car.

The Swiss Cottage Branch Manager very helpful in giving detailed explanations on the ultra bar was out of stock but Filip managed to source it from other branch keep it up

Easy company to deal with helpful and good communication.

Outstanding experience from start to finish...

These guys are pros!

Filip guided me through my purchase decision every step of the way.

Couldn't recommend them enough!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Oli in particular was extremely helpful in explaining things and locating the exact turntable I wanted. So a well-deserved 5 stars. Majority on the other hand would get only 1 star for providing the turntable without the drive belt attached. But Richer Sounds came to the rescue and sorted it out with their after-sales service. A good reason to buy in person and not online.

Oli is so damn helpful all round

Staff are all very friendly and helpful!

I am always very happy with my purchases from your stores due to the fact that I am very aware of the high levels of customer service which, is very much appreciated.
