The guys were really helpful and sorted out the remedy I want without argument. Compared to telesales I felt I was being listen to and guided.
The original problem related to a CD player where I believe the Ad was misleading and the instructions that came with it frankly useless. I tried to send you a review of the item but got to a page which said Submit Review without any indication of where you entered what you wanted to say.
Still waiting replacement by but I was told it would probably be April before new kit is available so not concerned in any way.

Popped in for a look & advice on a turntable.....came out £500 lighter.
Sales guy was helpful knowledgeable & honest.

Great service at great prices, I was debating on a few different TVs but after a great conversation I managed to pick the one I wanted and I love it!

I bought a Fitueyes Eiffel Audio Rack V2 in walnut for my new Hi-Fi system online from Richer Sounds. It was delivered the following day in good condition. It took a bit longer to put together than I expected but everything fitted together very well. It provides a stable base for my Hi-Fi separates and is a well made and good looking piece of furniture.

Had a great experience from the guys when finding my next rv,and they made it so easy especially tom who was a great help.

Very quick service with good advice followed by a useful demonstration. much appreciated help with the goods to the car. The items I bought are perfect for my requirements.

The gentleman who served me was knowledgeable and when I described what I needed, he knew exactly which product to offer me. He was courteous, friendly and helpful. The headphones had to be ordered from the warehouse and were delivered to my home the following day. I am delighted with them. Thank you.

I had to visit Richer Sounds to choose a replacement TV due to the previous TV I had that had developed a fault that was not repairable. The whole experience I had was fantastic the service was second to none. The staff were very helpful and friendly with product knowledge to match. Why shop anywhere else? Keep up the good work.

I visited Richer Sounds in Southampton, after learning that they are an outlet for Ortofon - I need a decent magnetic cartridge for my Transcriptors turntable.
I found them knowlegeable and helpful - they provided me with technical information I was unable to find on the Ortofon website.
I bought a mid-range Ortofon moving magnet cartridge. It was not in stock, but was delivered when promised. I have now fitted it, and it works well with my turntable and Quad 33/303 setup.

Staff have great knowledge of all their products and explained everything in terms that were easy for me to follow
