Richer Sounds - Prestwich Recensioni 

The items I have bought from richer sounds over the years have always been top quality. The exception was a TV which stopped working after 4 and a bit years but was under a six year guarantee. I received a very reasonable amount in compensation with which I have bought another TV and a cd player, putting in the difference. Staff at Prestwich were unbelievably helpful throughout this process.
My only concern, which is why I knocked a star off was the confusion about delivery. I always intended to visit the shop to get my goods but I received two emails saying the goods had been delivered. I thought it meant to me so I was a little concerned that the goods might have gone missing. Turns out the emails were actually referring to them being delivered to the shop not to me. It might just be me but the system floored me for a day or two.
Overall though a brilliant service. Ill keep coming back. And the six year quarentee is unique as far as I can tell which I have on my new items.

Phoned on the Thursday afternoon and spoke to a very helpful sales guy. Very knowledgeable and no pressure.Matched the best price I could find and by 8am the next morning it was delivered. TV is awesome. 5 * from me.

I always deal with the Prestwich branch as I feel more of a valued customer there.
Dominic was great and again very please with the service. Been shopping there now since 1989 and never had any problems with this branch.

Went in store for some discussion around what kit to buy for my daughter and your staff member was helpful and informative. The item in stock that we wanted was incomplete in box, so another was ordered and delivered just in time for her birthday. She's seriously impressed with it.

My 50inch Samsung just went black whilst I was watching a programme , the next day I phoned Richer Sounds and told them about my TV and that I had a six year guarantee, it had 7 months left, they took my details and arranged for a replacement set to be delivered. It was brand new but an older model and I am well pleased with their service and speedy delivery and how helpful the delivery driver was.

Both Tom & Noah were really nice to deal with, most helpful. They put me onto Stephen Boyce for the installation again most helpful. Hopefully all will be good this time after a bad experience with another shop and equipment.

I wasn’t sure exactly what I needed. The staff gave excellent advice and I ended up with a speaker which suited me perfectly.

Fantastic experience! Ordered a turntable and speakers Sunday morning and they were ready for collection from the Prestwich store by mid day Monday. Staff friendly and helpful.

Richer Sounds offer great products, reasonably priced, and excellent customer service. Their knowledge and advice are second to none. I always make them my first choice.

I arrived at the Radcliffe store about 10 minutes before closing time on a Friday evening, delayed due to a crash on a bypass. Andy the store manager and his colleague (sorry I can't remember your name) where very knowledgeable and helpful and helped me get everything I needed to upgrade my AVR system. They stayed late and I must have been a pain on a Friday night. I usually shop at the Preston store, but parking is a nightmare. Richer Sounds is the only place I shop for my audio video equipment. Competitive pricing especially with the VIP deals, but most importantly very knowledgeable staff who will take their time to discuss your needs and advise what is the right choice. My only complaint about Richer Sounds is that the don't have a shop near Blackburn, I'm sure you could find a suitable premises to fill the gap for those of us who are between Preston and Manchester. I know you can shop online and delivery is quick, but you cannot beat the service of discussing your needs with knowledgeable about the products they sell and are more interested in selling the best product instead of the most expensive

I've used Richer Sounds for all my Tech, from Tv's to Soundbars, Speakers and Amplifiers. Never have i had a bad experience. The guys are so helpfull, and have the experience to explain the equipment, and specifics for your needs. On top of that, the great discounts you get, even more so from the V.I.P which is even more monet off. Also, if you see anything they have in the shop, or on line, which is cheaper, they will beat that price, which again, is a great money saver... all in all, i can't fault anything i've bought, or experienced at Richer Sounds, great people, great tech, low prices. 10 out of 10 😊👍🏻
