Always a good experience when dealing with the staff at Richer sounds in Prestwich, Manchester. Always helpful and never over pushy as they want to assist you to make the right decision for you.

Very helpful on the phone ,everything straight forward & delivered at a time that suited me.

I e bought my last two tvs here and am definitely a fan of richer sounds. Only negative is they don’t open Sunday’s for collections

Went to Richer Sounds in Prestwich looking for help and advice. Met the store manager Sam there who was without a doubt the most informed and happy gentleman I have met in a long time, he set up different speakers for me and demonstrated then all through a great array of music. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want or need , just what was right for me. I would highly recommend a visit as the staff are great and possess a mind blowing amount of product knowledge.

It seems the norm these days, that companies are focused on selling. Its when there are issues that shows how good or bad customer service is. My LG tv bought from Ellis at Richer Sounds, and less than 3 months old, refused to work. After messaging Richer Sounds to log the issue, I decided to contact LG direct hoping to speed things up, being keen not to miss the World Cup and the golf open on the 77 inch screen. To cut a very long story short. LG's customer services was deplorable.
Ellis got involved and arranged a replacement tv, which arrived within 7 days. Ellis and his manager Sam kept me informed throughout. It's so refreshing these days to be able to deal with a company that actually phones you back and doesn't hide behind a barricade of technology, with endless hoops to jump through before you finally hang up in frustration.

Incredibly helpful staff and purchase and collection extremely easy.

The guys at Richer Sounds couldnt have been more helpful when placing the order for the new TV . It was quick , efficient and secure , with the right level of advice . The delivery guys were also spot on with the care and attention when the TV was dropped off and brought into the house . The delivery guy also took the time to explain the best way to unbox the TV and then repackage . This was super usefull as we are not using the TV for 2 months until we have a media wall constructed. Great job everyone and would recommend the Richer Sounds experience to anyone looking to buy a TV and match a fair price. Thank You

Ordering was easy, however, a tad confusing. I opted for click and collect, got a message saying your parcel is due to be delivered via DPD. I assumed I'd made an error and waited in but no delivery. Then I got a message saying parcel delivered. Transpired it was delivered to tge shop for click and collect BUT tgat wasn't clear on my emails. DPD issue? Other than that, GREAT!

In the shop the sales assistant catered for my needs which was to purchase a TV with Freely pre-installed. He went through the available brands and specs and advised me on the best options. Delivery was quick and the delivery guys were patient, friendly and correctly advised me on how to remove the TV from the box minimising any damage.

We knew which Hifi system we wanted to buy but had a few questions regarding attaching our own speakers. The staff member was very helpful and even showed us on his computer which connector we needed and where we could buy it. The price was also very competitive. We will definitely go back if we need anything they sell.
