A really great service, very helpful, thank you Howie in the Preston store. Product delivered as requested on date and time as provided by DPD.

This is my 3rd purchase from them, i use them for their proffesional friendly staff and quality of the products they sell.

A perfect experiance from shop visit to delivery. It was reassuring to be served by such a polite and knowledgable member of the sales team. He gave us the best choices and the reason for those choices, this made our decision so much easier.

Helped me narrow down the order for a new Turntable and Sonos Speaker ensuring the correct cabling was provided. The team at preston were easy to talk through my requirements, many thanks for the generosity of your time to make sure I got what I wanted. James I am sure AI cannot and will not compete with your personal service :)

Jason was brilliant he set up all the speakers I wanted to listen to and gave me all the advise I needed even though I just turned up on spec at a busy time. Bought a Marantz Melody and Monitor Audio Silver 50 speakers at a very good price, will shop at the Preston shop again whenever needing anything in the future.

Had my eye on a Pink Floyd cassette player, had to phone to order. Fortunately, they had a few on pre-order, and Matt, from Preston branch, made sure I received one. Arrived even faster than I expected, and it is fab! Had a good chat with Matt whilst ordering, a very friendly, helpful chap.Not surprised folk keep going back to shop at Richer Sounds...such good service.

I've had to think long and hard about my latest purchase, my oldest purchase goes back to 1995, customer service has always been my priority, something that the warranty and staff professionalism has always encouraged repeat purchases.
Over the last few years Mr Richer has stepped back and things have notably changed, warranty t&C's and legal letters to YouTubers who were just stating facts are some examples.
They just pip the competition at the moment.
Staff serviceand delivery are still excellent.

Product totally meets needs. Customer service involved finding a still boxed return from another shop (Cheltenham) and its delivery to Preston. Regular updates ahead of pick up.
