Engaged With the Preston branch for some Cambridge Audio LR X speakers. excellent service prompt safe delivery really impressed how quickly I received my order. A guy called Harrison helped me with my purchase, he was patient, efficient and supportive throughout the whole process. looking forward to my next purchase and would not hesitate in recommending them to others. I was received in a friendly manner ordered the TV but getting home I realise that I had order a higher model the delivery was scheduled for next day I rang the office was told sorry for the mix up and asked me to take delivery and bring it to the store A new model will be ordered and can pick from shop staff were apologetic and assured the best service is given picked up new model got 10 percent extra discount all good thank you

My Denon unit developed a fault and I visited the Preston shop for advice and guidance. Howie was welcoming and warm and explained that I had a six year warranty asked to bring the unit back to the shop.
It became apparent that there was an update issue and Howie managed to find a resolution and I had my music back at home within a couple of days.
The customer service I experienced was exemplary and definitive of Howie's approach to offering he best possible shopping experience, and I would heartily recommend this shop and the staff.

I purchased a Cambridge Audio Azur 851N streamer several years ago, and I am disappointed by how rapidly this premium system has become obsolete, a possibility that was not disclosed at the time of purchase. Subsequent attempts to resolve this issue through Richer Sounds, including the acquisition of a WiiM Pro, have proven unsuccessful. I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of service and the erosion of trust in the brand. Furthermore, my experience was negatively impacted by unprofessional delivery handling and inconsistent service standards across various branches and staff members.

Howie and the team, always look for best solution and not just the most expensive

Bought Wiim mini in store for £99, unpacked and tried it at home, but found it didn't fulfill my expectations. Returned it to the shop in original packaging within 48 hours. Despite my admission it had been unpacked and used, I received a full immediate refund with no quibble. As always, excellent customer service!

The help that I had when looking to purchase a new TV, also the help and patience sorting out a problem setting up the TV. Both contacts were with my local branch at Preston

I purchased a set of Wharfedale Diamond floor speakers today from the store, Howie and Darren could not have done more for me to ensure I got the right purchase, the demo room was set up with a similar system to mine, I played my own records to test the speakers and the level of service was five star.
If you need Hi Fi I would thoroughly recommend this store

The service was friendly and helpful and when I was having difficulty in setting up the equipment they were very supportive in resolving my problem.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Did not try to sell the TV. Explained and demonstrated the model we finally selected and checked for the best deal. Warranty explained and no action required on our part.
Returned and purchased 2 weeks later and deliver agreed for the following Monday.
Delivery was on time and th etV carefully handled.

Well what can I say! This wonderful company in Preston lancashire delivers excellent customer service. Howie the store manager willingly came out to help us set up the projector we purchased over 12 months ago to show us why we couldn’t get it to focus properly at our WI. He was kind and patient and helped us for free. Don’t hesitate to buy from them because satisfaction is guaranteed. All the staff at the Preston store were helpful on every occasion I visited. 😁.
