Found a new LG QNED cheaper elsewhere but prefer to shop at Richer Sounds. Jamie at RS Plymouth agreed to beat the price by £10, but couldn’t get the deal from the other company loading on the PC, so he tried again with the code on his mobile instead and it worked. Delivered within 3 days. Great service and delivery as always.

Product Advice prior to order.
I rang the Plymouth branch for advice on which TV best suited my needs. Based on the advice given I selected a TV on line and ordered click and collect.
The order was ready next day and I am very satisfied with the product.

Friendly service, great prices
Friendly, knowledgeable staff, no hard selling, quality products at great prices. The 6 year warranty is a bonus. Great shopping experience with next day delivery. What's not to like!

Tim originally fitted the system and was his usual personable self as well as professional and patient in his explanations. Very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend this unique and valuable service. There must be many of us who need a home visit or two in order to get the right system and keep it up to scratch.
