Richer Sounds - Oxford Recensioni

Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff, enabling me to make an informed decision on my choice of T, within my budget.

Very helpful staff from the first email through to trying out multiple setups/speakers with friendly advice on the way. I felt zero pressure to purchase just a passion for the kit.

Very impressed with the overall service from the staff.
Very helpful in helping me choose a Hi Fi system for my 14 year old son.
We picked it up on his birthday (to his great surprise!) Definitely recommend them

Matt at the Oxford store listened to what we were looking for and suggested what would work and put together a great solution.

From point of ordering to the delivery It was smooth sailing and It was a lot cheaper than any other competition, so more than happy. I am also very impress with the team in Oxford and how helpful they were when I contacted them. I highly recommend these guys.

The members were knowledgeable and helpful and when I had issues with my new appliance they tried to help and point me in the right direction. The AV amp turned up when they said it would and I was given a one hour time frame, so I did not have to stay in all day.

Both Kaz and Damien at Oxford were helpful and knowledgeable. Shopping at Richer Sounds was a pleasure.

Great advice, great service, great kit and great prices

Right from the start of choosing which set of speakers I wanted to then having a demo in store to hear them was, as always, a great experience with Richer sounds.

I was interested in a LG television but wanted a different speaker solution to that provided in the sales offer. He soon sorted out a solution and got back in touch every time he said he would.
Cannot fault Richer sounds - an excellent company.

The team was very knowledgeable and helpful. I gave them an idea of what I was looking for, and they provided a comparison of units in my price range, outlining the options I get and the pros and cons. It was refreshing customer service with value for money.
