We dealt with Paddy at the Oxford Store. Good advice on OLED type 4HD TVs, purchased a 42" LG.
Prompt delivery and returning our dead TV for recycling, and the packaging for the new one was very easy.

It would help if the delivery guys could unpack and take away the packaging but otherwise first class as usual.

I was kept fully informed about my order, receiving an up to the minute personal call from Paddy when it arrived.

Ash was brilliant- patience and professionalism at their highest standards

Had a problem getting the TV I purchased but they resolved the situation to my satisfaction

A real pleasure to do business with. Spoke to Kaz over the phone for help choosing a soundbar for our TV. Sound advice with no pressure to buy. Then placed an online order over the phone with Ash who was also v patient helpful. New kit arrived within 24 hours and v easy to set up. Highly recommended these guys. Thank you 🙏
