I found the ordering and delivery service great, although I had a small panic as it came in 2 separate deliveries 3 minutes apart. Very straightforward and easy to understand. I spoke with my local store in Milton Keynes who were very helpful and recently talked again over an issue with a mini system but I managed to correct it. They had offered a brand new replacement immediately but fortunately it wasn't necessary.

Adam at Milton Keynes had already set up the demo room by the time we arrived. Very helpful with comparing the 2 turntables I had been considering. So glad that I went for the Argon Audio TT4 MK2. The tonearm and anti skate setting up should ideally be done following the Argon Audio website using the Tips & Tricks : Turntables section. The turntable is solid , great colour (mahogany) , easy to assemble and most importantly produces a well rounded and balanced sound. Highly recommended . Visited the MK store with an idea to create a home cinema. Should have visited them before I started to buy a projector. New TV arrived today from the Milton Keynes store via courier which took 9 days and they supplied the wrong remote for the TV so now have a television I can't set up or use
