Super fast getting the product in next day for me to collect or the option of delivery. Took it out to my car. Always a good service, keep up the good work.

Paddy, Tom and the whole team provided an excellent service in resolving my issues. Sadly, Sony did not provide the level of support I expected, but Richer Sounds went above and beyond to help resolve the matter. I’m extremely grateful for their professionalism, communication and commitment to getting things sorted.

Walked into your MK Branch on Saturday to purchase a soundbar. Was welcomed by Adam, what a super customer experience it was. Adam took me through all the options and we whittled it down to 3 items the one i selected wasn't in stock in store but he let me have the display model at a discounted price. He went on to carefully check all the items were present. Super customer service, so refreshing to receive this, made my day. Thank you Adam

Staff at the MK store were friendly and approachable and took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave an honest recommendation best suited to my needs. Also gave good advice and took time to explain how to install the products I bought (as someone who isn't that technically minded).

Great customer service, not only do they match the price of the same product found online they even took off an extra fiver. Was kept well informed about the delivery date, and the chaps who delivered were great too.

Really happy with my experience buying my new Samsung TV from Richer Sounds. The phone service was excellent – the person I spoke to was friendly, helpful, and made everything really easy. I also got a great discount,( price match) which was a lovely bonus!

Aidan at the MK branch of Richer Sounds has always been super helpful and trustworthy.

This time he advised on a replacement turntable, plus with guidance as to how we might set it up and connect it to our existing system. He is also willing to talk us through once it arrives, if we find that we need a little more help. He never over-sells and can be trusted to support us in making the decision that's right for us.

Also really reassuring to see the staffing continuity in this employee-owned company - all credit to them.
