ordered something for store delivery. arrived when expected and the store manager was very proactive letting me know it had arrived - he called as well as emailing in addition to the system-generated alert

A friendly and knowledgeable staff who were interested in my purchase and wanted to understand why I purchased it and what I needed it for. Discussing their own experience- the product is excellent.

Friendly and helpful staff. Had to wait a while as other staff were sorting boxes in the listening room. Once they were gone, staff took down from display and set up the two amplifiers that I wanted to compare. The staff were very knowledgeable about the amps (although they preferred the Arcam 5). I was given a soft drink and they left me to listen to the cds I brought with me. Not rushed, probably there for an hour altogether.
I chose the Audiolab 6000 amp, was given a good price and it was delivered two days later. All good.

All good. I had great service. I picked up the item I wanted and it works brilliantly. I'm super happy with it. I like Richer Sounds and made the effort to come to the shop rather than getting the same product on Amazon despite the slight extra expense and inconvenience.
One slight thing is that I saw on the leaflet that I got that you offer £10 off the first in store/online purchase and I think this was my first but I wasn't aware off the £10 and now I suppose it's too late

Amazing service and top class technical support. I had AA couple of minor out of the box issues and Robin was superb in resolving these quickly and efficiently

Bought a pair of Sennheiser HDB630 recently from the London Bridge store.

They were quick to reply on the emails beforehand, and Ali was very helpful in store allowing me to test out a couple of headphones without any pressure. Very useful to be able to test out two headphones side by side to make a decision.

I love going into richer sounds. The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. And they don't try "hard sell". They help me to choose the right equipment and make sure they are selling it at the most competitive price, My "go to" store for Hi Fi and Home Cinema equipment. Particularly impressed with Alex at the London Bridge store - he was a great help with my most recent purchases

The experience was great, they didn’t have the speaker I wanted in stock so was able to order and collect the next day. The staff were really friendly

I bought a new Amplifier and CD Player from the London Bridge Store. Malik was very friendly and knowledgeable and he helped me to choose the right devices for my needs. The kit was delivered quickly and I am extremely pleased with them.

Brilliant advice, gave me a good deal and replaced an item that had arrived faulty within 24 hours. Don't buy AV equipment from anywhere else.
