I’ve now shopped at Richer’s sounds for at least 20 or so years.ive bought tv,cinema amp,speakers 4k Blu-ray player,headphones and my Cambridge amp,streamer,record player and Wharfdale speakers and just recently a new Klipsch subwoofer.i only keep going back because the level of service,knowledge and customer care really is second to none.ive introduced other family members and friends.well when you get great service,great prices and 6 yr guarantee on a lot of items,it even offers a vip membership which is free to join and very worth while.
In most shops they have listening rooms which gives you a chance to hear your kit before you buy(when you give them notice)give them a try,you will not be sorry and you’ll keep going back just like I do.well done richer sounds !

Great help from the staff over the phone, explaining everything that I needed to know about the set up I was interested in, absolutely brilliant price for both the turntable and cd player/amp which were both "unboxed" but pristine

I was disappointed that the product I bought on the 29th May was not available for me to take home on the day ie available in store. However I chose a next day delivery for which I paid a fee. Unfortunately the sales assistant entered the wrong day. I had to ring the store to get a refund of the delivery fee. I was told the delivery would now be Tuesday, A DPD operative texted me to say he was coming on Monday but I had not left my porch door open that day. I went on the DPD website and selected to pick up my item from one of their lockers (Yeep) as I live very close to DPD warehouse. They would nor send me the code for the locker. I complained to Richer Sounds who said they would contact DPD delivery team. A Richer Sound employee rang me up on the Thursday to say DPD would deliver the next day. I therefore left my porch door open. It was delivered OK the next day. Please improve your delivery process but I commend you for sorting it out quickly.

Always the best advice and service from Richer Sounds. Wouldn't shop anywhere else. These guys not only know their stuff but are 100% genuine in the information given. Levi served us today and was fantastic. Thanks

The member of staff was absolutely excellent. Told him what we wanted and he sorted us out very quickly. He took us through to a better product and answered all of our questions with ease

Awesome hdmi cable that realy does put cheaper cables to shame, well worth the purchase

We telephoned the Leicester branch and spoke with Richard about what we wanted and he was so helpful, polite and reassuring. A real personal touch and so refreshing in today's modern life. He recommended the sound bar that we purchased. He advised us that it had a discount on it, which was also a bonus!

We went online to order it and that was easy and straightforward. We were blown away that it arrived the very next day!

Paul from RS London Road, Leicester was honest and upfront. I enquired about a dearer cinema system for my home, however further to discussing the unique setting of the home setting, he pointed out similar products that could achieve the goals that I wanted.

Purchased an LG OLED TV from Richer Sounds in Leicester , contacted the shop by telephone and spoke with Paul who was very well informed and helpful about the particular product . Delivery was very quick and efficient , highly recommend Richer Sounds .

I had a limited budget when bying my cd player. Not for one moment did I feel pressurised to spend above my budget. Indeed every effort was made to find me the best player to meet my needs. Thank-you Levi.

As the situation developed I had to return to the shop and it became apparent I needed new speakers.
Again I was given 5 star treatment to ensure I had wonderful sound without breaking the bank. This time it was Richard who gave me so much expert guidance.

He also arranged for Mark to come to my home to install the speakers. I was in the shop on the Monday, by Wednesday my system was up and running and totally wonderful.

I will never forget the kindness of Levi, Richard and Mark. So uplifting and life affirming during our present troubled times.
