This the fourth TV we have bought from Richer sounds and as always we were given expert advice in the store. Ben and John the fitters are excellent and are very pleasant company.

Really helpful and friendly advice. I’m very satisfied with the sound from my CD player and bookshelf speakers. Highly recommend shopping at Richer Sounds.

Brilliant service once again from Richer Sounds. The staff really know their stuff and it's obvious they take pride in what they do. From dealing with my initial product enquiries on the phone, to the in-store appointment and demos, to a follow-up email to check that everything (a Samsung OLED TV) was set up OK and we are happy with our purchase... it's all done perfectly. They explain things clearly, demonstrate clearly, and answer all your questions clearly. This is how service should be delivered. I'm not sure why anyone would consider going anywhere else for TVs, audio/hifi and the like. And all this for the best price, too!
Guildford store for this latest Richer Sounds purchase, and have used the Southampton store previously, where the staff and service are also great. Thank you!

Dan your deputy manager at the Guildford branch really looked after me regarding my recent purchase of a sub woofer to enhance my music system at home. He had researched the initial interference problems I was experiencing and we purchased a proper single wire from the sub to the amp to overcome the problem - now sorted and the sub woofer really is great. Thanks Dan most happy is me!
