The order process was very good online. The delivery was made by a third party and unfortunately the TV wasn’t in working condition. We informed the local Richer Sounds branch and they exchanged the TV immediately. Although I purchased online I was glad that it was through Richer Sounds who have a good branch support structure as well

I ordered,on the phone from Guildford Branch two Sharp 32 inch smart TV’s.
One arrived with the screen broken and a replacement arrived the next day which was excellent service.
These TV’s have an excellent picture and sound.
They are very difficult to set up and take hours to keep having to use your phone to join the various apps and programmes.Once set up they are brilliant but surely the process could be made easier and quicker.

Wish all companies were this easy to deal with! Spoke to a really awesome chap in the Guildford store called Roland! Super helpful, very knowledgeable about all aspects of the projector I wanted to know about. Even had an open box item that had a decent discount on and then 10% off on top again for being a VIP member. Also had a courtesy call from Roland a week later to see if I was enjoying the product. A proper old school style setup which you can't put a price on!

The Richer Sounds team are always knowledgeable and helpful - in this case they recommended an excellent and good value TV in Guildford, allowed us to order it to a different branch (Watford) and then helped us collect it when we got there.

The staff at Richard’s Sounds advised me how I could connect my Sonos system to a turntable - this was very helpful on my decision making.
My new turntable and Sonos speaker arrived the next day as promised.
I am now enjoying listening to my old vinyl records.

Tayla and her team were efficient and helpful. I bought the produce I wanted and they answered all my questions.

Sales assistant Franklin who set up a SECOND headphone demo for me - very patient. Also replaced the first, problematic, Ortofon stylus without fuss.

I always buy my TVs and audio kit from Richer Sounds as they offer the best prices and service. Also, the guys that work there know their onions and make the buying experience a reassuring process.

As always, knowledgeable staff who will understand what your requirement is and do not try to bluff you into an upsell. All the best products and amazing support. A 6-year warranty and honest price will beat ANY cheaper looking deal elsewhere.

We decided to purchase a new television but wanted to know more about the choice of sets and their various features. After looking on line and not finding out much of what we wanted to know, we realized that the only way was the ‘old fashioned” method of going to see one and ask for demonstrations and try-outs of actual tv sets – not possible on line. Going to big popular high street stores is useless as most of the staff in them can hardly tell the difference between a tv and a washing machine! They only ever read the shop labels.
We needed to find better than that so we tried (for the first time) Richer Sounds. We were amazed at the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff. They actually knew what they were talking about. We spent the best part of an hour looking at and trying out different sets with the staff’s help. They could even answer many of my technical questions. (I’m a life long electronic design and development engineer.)
Satisfied with a final choice, we purchased a high spec. tv there and then on our first visit to the shop, which we normally never do. Now we have installed it and used it at home and the whole family are very pleased with the choice that we could not have made without the very helpful staff at Richer Sounds. We were really impressed with the shop which is extremely unusual for us. Well done Guildford Richer Sounds and thank you.

I Wanted to add a 'Pre-Amp' only option into my Fosi Audio desktop system, and Richer Sounds had the Fosi Audio ZP3 on an amazing offer. Making it, a superb 'value for the money' option. Great service as always from the staff at the Guildford store, who made sure I was happy with the item, and had all the correct 'interconnects' required for it. Richer sounds is definitely the go-to place for all your hi-fi needs.
