All a pleasure to deal with the staff at Richer Sounds. My regular stop for any hifi or TV.

The staff you have are excellent, they really work to discover what is necessary. You then suggested an installation company who naturally backed up the service. It was great service!

Great communication with Guildford branch. First by email then phone. Personal service, knowledgeable staff, real people, no auto AI bot nonsense. They worked to source what I wanted from another store and then get it sent out to me direct. Also made up some cables for me to collect at my convenience. Just great personal service.

The sales person Dillon. Was very helpful and patient. As I was having difficulty trying to pay online. I didn't succeed. So arranged to go in and pay.
They price matched my purchase ,with a little bit more of.
And free delivery.

Support and advice from Franklin was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and personable. It was a great all round experience.

Thank you to Dylan at the Guildford branch shop for all his help setting up my WiiMs to have individual or multi room music. There were a couple of issues which Dylan was very helpful resolving. told you would contact me when it was in and nearly 3 months later i found you only to be told the order
had got lost not over impressed

Walked in and bought a TV had it in the van I'm under 20 mins Taylor was incredible walked in mentioned a model she then stated we have a ex display which will cost more but definitely an upgrade and holy god the picture quality is insane she was helpful and handy even gave me a hand to put it in the back of my van couldn't fault the service I know where I'm getting my TVs from now on

Always buy from Richer if I have the option, even if not the absolute cheapest, because their service, staff and collection from shop is second to none. The JBL 200 is a brilliant smart speaker too, can’t recommend highly enough.

Richer Sounds in Guildford, is my go-to place for all things Hi-Fi. The staff are always welcoming, helpful, and are all very knowledgeable. They are always more than willing to assist you however they can, whether that be to explain what 'something does' or even demo an item if that's required. This trip was a little different, as I knew exactly what I was purchasing, so I chose Richer Sounds because not only was I able to get everything I wanted in the one place, but there were decent offers on a couple of the items. I purchased a new 'desktop' amp, a new headphone DAC Amp, along with a pair of new Klipsch Reference Speakers, with some new made to order speaker cables.
Yet again Franklin was superb, and organised everything, and even made the cables up while I waited, so I could leave with them. I can't recommended them highly enough, Richer sounds should be everyone's 'GO-TO' place for all things sound & vision/Hi-Fi !!
