Within the hour, I received a call from a staff member at my local shop, who was both friendly and professional. They matched the price and then took a further £5 off, and I received a further £10 off due to it being my first order.

First class customer service, delivery went well, and the product is exactly what I wanted! It's so rare to receive customer service like this, and it's worth recognising it.

Delighted with my Richer Sounds purchase and their excellent customer service. I went in store knowing roughly what I wanted and with a budget and the customer service man was excellent. Was my first time spending so much money on a sound system so was a wee but nervous but he explained everything really well and I've got a gorgeous sounding amp, speakers and turntable that really works with my room size and my needs. There was a slight mix up with a couple of cables but they resolved it the same day. Cannot fault them, especially as a woman buying equipment she has little knowledge about. Would highly recommend

Bought TV from this shop but was not happy with it ,very complicated to set up for watching different programs ,phoned shop and got great advice ,they were honest and when came of phone a was 100 percent satisfied,,,not many stores now adays even have phone to talk to people it's all email ,,any one going buy a expensive ,sound system or TV don't hesitate use this shop u will not have single problem ,,,100 percent from me
