Very helpful and friendly customer services... I was not happy with my initial TV purchase, but it was easy to return and upgrade to something more suitable. Store also ordered the wrong size TV but I was able to call and sort it out over the phone. Ordered Sunday received first thing Wednesday morning, Only downside was parking which was expensive and difficult to find.

Really helpful staff, especially Kieran and Richard, explaining what I needed to set up my old hifi system with Sonos as I had no idea. They sorted out the purchases and put them together. The prices were reasonable. Kieran was very patient, Richard helped me sort a buzz.

Richer Sounds Croydon store is very local to me and I have purchased various items from them over the years due to good customer service and after sale assistance.

I recently purchased a Hisense projector online from Richer Sounds, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The order was delivered to the store incredibly quickly, and the staff were prompt, friendly, and extremely helpful when I went to collect it. The whole process was smooth and efficient. Been wanting to upgrade my record player and speakers for a while.

Popped into the Croydon store after some research and the team couldn’t have been more helpful, showing me some options and trying out the speakers and record players.

They didn’t have the speakers in stock but delivery was super quick.

Price was great too!

I decided I needed HiFi back in my life. I love music, it has been with me through every event in my life…so far! Anyway, I had lost my way relying on Apple Music and a selection of different speakers and headphones. The problem was I wasn’t listening to my music anymore. I could hear it, but I wasn’t listening! Skipping, looking for god knows what etc. you get the picture.

I decided I needed to get back to analogue and the art of actually listening again. After much research I decided on the Denon RDCM41DAB with a pair of Wharfedale 9 bookshelf speakers as I only have a small room.

Enter Richer Sounds. I spoke to a gentleman called Paul. He not only knew his products but he was incredibly efficient and honest during my purchase. I asked about speaker cable and if the supplied was good enough or whether I would get better sound through more expensive cable. Yes was the answer, but he didn’t try to sell me the most expensive cables available, he sold me what would give me the best possible sound from the equipment I was buying. Perfect.

My setup arrived, as promised, the following day and I was very quickly setup and listening to my music properly once again. With a warmth and clarity I really didn’t expect from a budget unit! It’s perfect for my needs. The DAB tuner is very simple to setup and is an excellent addition. But playing my Cd’s is where I’m truly loving the music again.

The first album to be revisited was Boston -Boston, and I was instantly taken back to all the reasons why music is so important to me.

I haven’t really stopped listening since it arrived.

I received from Paul and Richer Sounds was a solid 10 out of 10 and I’d like to thank them again for reuniting me with my music once more.
