As usual Richer sounds went the extra mile for my needs. I wanted 4 loudspeakers for a set up, specific ones, and they managed to find them for me - which was hard as they are becoming scarce...possible end of line. I always go first to richer sounds as they can almost always supply what I am looking for...Over the past few years I have changed a lot on my two set ups

We recently had a TV replaced that we purchased under extended warranty that is offered with the VIP account. Having this was brilliant and saved us a lot of money on 3 year old TV, as the TV could not be repaired we were given a credit and paid the difference to upgrade, the staff we dealt with from reporting to receiving the TV we brilliant. We would not go anywhere else for Tech stuff have used Richer Sounds for years.

Your owner/staff are all warm and welcoming. Very knowledgeable and attentive.
I ordered my item in store for delivery. Arrived on time. Two days later I found the item cheaper with another supplier and received a refund within 2 hours of using the price match form, which by the way was super easy to find and use.

What made my experience with Richer Sounds great was the no-nonsense responses to all my queries and the excellent demonstration of the product so I could try in store before buying. Dominic was very knowledgeable and patient.
