I recently picked up the Audio-Technica LP70XBT from Richer Sounds in South Croydon, and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the experience.

I’ve been coming to this store since I was a teenager, and it’s honestly reassuring that the level of service hasn’t dropped one bit over the years. The team are consistently knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely enthusiastic about what they do — it never feels like a hard sell, just people who actually care about helping you find the right setup.

As for the LP70XBT itself, it’s fantastic. Super easy to set up, beautifully designed, and the Bluetooth functionality makes it incredibly convenient without compromising sound quality. It’s the perfect blend of modern features and that classic vinyl experience.

Richer Sounds South Croydon continues to be my go-to for audio gear, and this latest purchase just reinforces why. Highly recommended both the turntable and the store.

I bought a TV which developed a fault, so it was returned to Croydon branch for testing. It was returned to manufacturer and I received replacement within 24hrs. Sadly this too had the same problem and constantly needed digital channels re tuning, so was returned for a full refund. Richer Sounds team could not have been more helpful and supportive. Thank you.

I was lucky enough to be able to pre order a Manhattan Aero box to use with my TV without an aerial connection.The box was delivered by DPD sooner than I expected and was given advance notice of my 1Hr slot.
Setting up the device was straightforward and relatively simple, the only additional setup required was registration with various apps before I could use them.
The device performed well and I am happy with my purchase and would recommend Richer Sounds service.

Having decided on a new television that was due in store in a matter of days, I placed an advanced order courtesy of the sales team.
