I’ve just purchased my second TV from Richer Sounds in Chiswick. I find the staff there knowledgeable and very helpful in finding my particular requirements. I was served by Joe who recommended the perfect TV for me, delivered and set it up and was extremely patient in showing me how to use it.

Brilliant service from Jim at the Chiswick store- time taken to find exactly the right amplifier for my needs.
Friendly store with very knowledgable staff.
I’ve used richer sounds since I was teenager and will continue- it’s the best !

Friendly guys who did a good job. Only gets 4 as Richer sounds don’t take away the broken tv that this one replaced. No idea what I do with it.

The staff in the Chiswick branch of Richer Sounds were very helpful and knowledgeable. They provided exactly the advice I needed to decide which items I should purchase once I had explained my requirements.

I ordered a Manhattan T4 R recorder.
The first machine was refurbished and was not working correctly.
I returned it in person and it was replaced with a “new” machine which again was not working correctly.
I returned that one to the store and waited while a third replacement was provided and I picked it up from the store on Saturday 28th February.
One of the assistants offered to come to my house (a five minute walk from your store in Chiswick W4) to finalise the installation at 1730 but nobody turned up or called me (and I had cancelled another appointment to be here for him)… so not overly impressed with that Service!

The person I spoke to was very helpful, it helped me make my decision for my purchase. They dispatched my order very quickly and I received it within two days. Excellent service and very happy with my order.

It's Richer Sounds. Been buying gear from them since the early 90s. The most consistently great hifi shop to ever have existed. Always qualityz friendly customer service, knowledgeable advice and solid prices. Recent purchase was an open box soundbar that arrived damaged, it was sorted out quickly and efficiently. Cheers to Jim, Fred and Tim in the Chiswick store!

Richer Sounds is the only place I know that takes Hifi seriously anymore. And you used to advertise in Viz so all good there.

Nice enough but overpriced

In these days of automated phone systems, a heavy reliance on websites and hollow marketing slogans, it’s refreshing to deal with a company who genuinely put people first. I first spoke with Jim at the Chiswick store in November and there was no sales pressure, he simply listened, understood and advised. My first purchase went very smoothly and Jim did everything he said he would, when he said he would. I’ve now completed my fourth purchase and have continued to be impressed by their service. For anything HiFi or TV related, they will continue to be my go-to. Highly recommended.

Jim at the Acton Branch was my Sales person and he was great before the Purchase and he has been amazing since the Purchase, Lots of Support and good considered advice, he knows his products and he is even chasing up an Issue with the courier on my behalf. i haven't bought from RS in over 10 years but this was a bigger purchase and Jim and Richer Sounds made it simple and pain free.

Jim was a fantastic guide and incredibly supportive when I change my mind with no problem about refunds and advice on what to do differently. Joe and the rest of the team were always helpful too

Freddie arranged for me to have a test demo, and was most helpful. Richer is the place to go.
