I called the Richer Sounds helpdesk for more information regarding an offer on a receiver. They provided me an additional GBP20 on an already very discounted product. The helpdesk forwarded my call to the local Chelsea shop for same day pick up. The Chelsea shop wrapped the box in waterproof plastic and create a very secure handle for easy carrying. Friendly shop personnel and excellent service.

Darren at Richer Sounds in Chelsea was very responsive, knowledgeable and pleasant. We upgraded our Sonos amps and used an installation service, outsourced by Richer, which was equally excellent.

Bought the wrong item and exchanged it for the correct sized one. Very good service, simple and efficient and despatched quickly. Can't fault it.

The individual who helped me complete my purchase was Ed in the Chelsea customer services department. I cannot stress how much effort & helpfulness he showed, for which I’m deeply grateful. He did several searches for the product I wanted, across several uk branches. He rang me back several times to update me on what was happening & organised everything. He is a great credit to the richer sounds team & has ensured that I will come to Richer Sounds first whenever I plan to purchase electrical equipment next time. Please give this man some sort of medal. Thanks Ed!!

Really good advice and helpful staff in store who guided me to a better product than I would have bought otherwise, for the same money.

Good experience especially with Loïc who was very patient with me and explained a few technical things I would have to do.

Professional. Collection of new order, even outside of hours.

The delivery was first class. The product has been troublesome. I have not yet to be able to connect the sound system to the TV. The TV's program menu system scrambles itself into random configurations.
So far I am not happy with the products.

Someone from Richer Sounds called me over the following weeks and made suggestions to fix the problems. It was over the Internet that I got most help, Richer sounds gave me a box, in the last few days(8th October), to help with the remaining problem and that works. I have give them another star for their very recent cutomer service.

When i phoned the shop they were very helpful i could understand everything the were saying and it was very different from what i have experienced from other retailers over the past few years ie.talking to human being i can't be more satisfied
