I wanted to hear a few speakers before deciding which to choose. The Fulham Rd branch staff were all very helpful & Alistair spent a great deal of time making sure I made an informed choice before leaving happy with my purchase. 5/5, would recommend

Richer Sounds online would not accept my payment. It declined two separate cards. I phoned customer services and the guy who answered was VERY helpful. I eventually paid by bank transfer.

Very helpful advisor in your Fulham Rd store. Excellent installer.
Only downside is that LG does not support U.

My loudspeaker purchase arrived only yesterday so still assessing them but sofar they are sounding great and a big improvement on my old speakers. I would particularly like to thank Alistair of the telesales team who managed to obtain this set of speakers in super quick time and get them delivered to my home in just over 24 hours. I’m most impressed, thanks.

Usual fabulous friendly service, super price, extra discount for signing up as a member or some such online. Guys in the Chelsea store loaded tv into kerbside car for me. Been using Richer Sounds for years, so glad they still rock.

I bought a hi-fi stand, to replace a smaller one. The whole process was a breeze from paying for it right the way through to next day delivery. I was kept informed throughout from when it had been sent, right the way through to the time frame it would arrive.

Bought the projector, it’s awesome and Ed even phoned back a few days later to see how I was getting on with it. Amazing service.

I was looking for a Digital to Analogue (DAC) converter for close to lossless audio on my speaker setup and I had zero clue.
The Richer Sounds salesman helped me decide which one to get and I opted for the Astelle&Kearne HC3 USB which I’ve been using since and I absolutely love.
The staff at the Chelsea branch are great. They take time to answer any questions, answer calls and will call them back if the store is busy when necessary. Edward gave me sound advice and a 6 year guarantee with my purchase!
The A&K HC3 can output audio in 32bit audio and up to 384khz. I’ve not achieved this with windows or iOS Apple Music but I think it sounds perfect and I highly recommend for its price point. Great sturdy and feel of quality as well. I’ve purchased here before and will do so again.
