Fantastic delivery. Unfortunately the tv was faulty, but no quibble return, would use this retailer again.

The staff were amazing. I found exactly what I needed and was able to chat through everything before making my purchase.

I have always found Richer Sounds to be an excellent shop. The range of equipment is stunning and always first class.

Hisense 55U7QT - rang the Bristol store and recieved good advice re model and size for my living room. Later ordered online but it wouldn't let me add my VIP club discount. Telesales sorted that for me. Delivered carefully two day later to my living room in perfect condition... and I got ther RS 6 year guarantee.
Only complaint is for Hisense not RS, in that all you get is a start up guide and no instructions on how to adjust the multiple menu options for the best picture. The factort settings were rubbish. Had to resort to the net and YouTube for that. After trial and error I am very please with the picture and the sound is not too bad.. quite listenable.
Very happy with my experience and would recommend RS to anyone.. in fact already done so to a friend.

We always buy our hi-fi and TV equipment from Richer Sounds because a) the range of equipment and pricing is great and b) the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and are prepared to go that extra mile to make sure that we feel comfortable with our purchases. We recently had an equipment demo in their "experience" room in Bristol, and Noah could not have been more helpful in taking a considerable amount of time guiding us through all the options regarding the marvellous Arcam amplifier and CD player which we eventually bought. Many thanks, Richer Sounds; and also for taking away and disposing of our broken CD player!!

Success! I was looking for a white 27inch TV for the kitchen. Having identified one of the few that are available at the moment it seemed to be out of stock everywhere except Richer Sounds. I ordered and it arrived intact the next day - I paid no delivery charge but do happen to live on the edge of Bristol!
I was delighted.

Went to Bristol to listen to the Sonic 5. From the moment I walked in I felt valued. Noah showed me to the listening room, had a chat then left me to listen and adjust volume etc. Speakers are so good, only needed 10 mins and I brought them.
Only problem I had the speaker had to be delivered, not a real problem, but I was only staying in Bristol a couple days ( I live N.Devon). The next day I had a message saying the speaker where being delivered (Great service). Had to go into DPD app and change date which was easy so panic over. Richer sounds offer a great all round package and all at a great price.

I have been looking on Richers Sounds website for some time to choose a TV as their options and prices are very good.
I was able to call the store, order the TV and get it delivered within 3 days to suit me.
Really good service overall

Ask for Dave - he's extremely knowledgeable and he answers the 'phone at 5 minutes to closing time when staff at other stores (no names...) are jostling at the exit door with their coats on and the ansafone set.

Richer sounds whiteladies rd are just brilliant. Super efficient staff it’s just a brilliant experience. I have used richer sounds for 20 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else . I bought a Samsung frame tv for the kitchen. very very happy with it .just waiting for my 19 year old Panasonic plasma to break that I purchased from them . I will then be straight down to them to pick up a new one . Thanks again happy customer that has purchased tvs , tower speakers , cinema speakers , and av amps over the years .

I recently bought a TV whose size I had mismeasured, and it became immediately apparent when it was out of the box that it was too dominant in the room and I should have bought the next size down. When I called Richer Sounds to explain my position I fully expected to hear that nothing could be done as I had opened the box. I couldn't have been more wrong, and Richer Sounds couldn't have been more helpful at resolving the difficulty I'd got myself into. Thank you Richer Sounds, you're brilliant!!

As always. Was very helpful and made everything very easy. That’s why I always buy my hifi from Richer Sounds. Hopefully one day all shops will be as good as them. But I’m not holding my breath. Anyway great service!! Thanks.

As ever Richer Sounds provided good advice, great service and excellent value. The staff in Bristol are knowledgeable , professional and friendly. RS is my goto store for tv and hifi.
