I always shop at Richer Sounds when buying HiFi and technical equipment . The staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable and are always willing to discuss options with you. Highly recommend ed.

We were after a freesat box after buying one that was unable to record Dave was able to recommend one which we bought and is now working and we are very pleased with it.

I ordered my new amp and CD player and they arrived as scheduled. Very happy with price and service from very helpful staff. Had a slight technical problem which was quickly sorted over the phone seems I was pressing the wrong button on one of the remotes. Nice to know there is always someone to help. I first spoke with a young man called Jo over the phone who was really helpful, NO hard sell’s pressure I told him moving house had wiped my bank balance out so he did his best to recommend the best deal for £600
