I requested a copy of my contract, they sent a generic email saying they would be in touch and ive heard nothing . It is essential i get a copy of my contyract, why should that be so difficult.

Do not recommend dealing with them at all.
Have had an interaction with their Head of IT Operations (AR), who is an absolutely horrible person to speak to.
Such a low, unprofessional attitude. Hard to believe such people have a job at all.

Research Department
I have used Restore for many years now to Archive our Clinical trials documents.
They have never let us down.
Once we have emailed them to pick up new boxes to be archived or the return of our boxes, they are here the next day.
