Reasonably happy except
1) When sending files for storage, entering a valid NHS# does not auto-populate name and DoB fields
2) When requesting a retrieval for a single patient, experience has shown me it is a good idea to search multiple times (name, DoB and NHS#) to ensure best chance of finding every file I require

Online Review of processes
I completed the on line log an order, thsi was not processed, I had to chase this several times, I was assured the collection was not booked however the date given no one turned up.
I then received an email to state that the collection would be Wednesday 25th February 26, however the driver turned up on Monday morning 23.2.2026.
On a plus side the driver was very nice pleasant and helpful, he has been before and give him 10 out 10.
Review the online process needs looking at.

i have been trying to get a black toner since November 1st ordering of the automated system then 2 weeks ago called to place an order as it still hasn't arrived came into work Monday still not arrived so called back to be told the order hasn't been submitted and told it would be expedited still
