My experience with Red Dog has been first class from placing my order to receiving my goods. In error I purchased the same order twice. I rang direct, received excellent response, my mistake was rectified immediately. The staff were very friendly, nothing too much trouble. I highly recommend Red Dog Music.

Great company
Really great service from start to finish. Niall was always really quick to respond to queries, send quotes through, and post orders. I can't find any fault and would certainly use Red Dog again.

Outstanding service
Placed the order, received an email stating the day of delivery followed up with another email giving me the delivery time to within an hour, then received the item bang on time and very well packaged.
Not only the cheapest on the internet but you will not get a better service anywhere. Thanks guys!

I was recommended red dog music shop by a friend, he couldn’t rate it enough, with which I totally agree. From the outset the place is a veritable sweet shop for all musicians alike, the staff know their stuff, really helpful and informative, without being pushy. I purchased a great amp at a reasonable price, the store also offered free help with setting up and extended product after care. Top notch...

First purchase and very happy
First purchase and very happy. I ordered a Casio digital piano stand which was listed at a lower price as it was b stock. I was informed when to expect to take delivery and the item was delivered as promised. The Stand was boxed as new and I am very happy with it after assembly.

Extraordinary service
I placed an order and the item turned out to be out of stock. Their price was better than any competitor by a 10% margin, so I emailed and asked how long it would take for stock to come in. They responded the same day to say they didn't know, so they had the manufacturer drop ship to me directly. Just outstanding service.

Paul here. Went to Red Dog Music as I always do when I visit Edinburgh. It is as traditional as eating haggis. As ever it is the whole experience that matters from the welcome and hellos by the door. to seeing old friends and feeling special. I wanted a new Boss fuzz pedal and was led by Dave to a demo area..Comfortable and time to decide without the pressure so many other places put on you..I am pleased with my purchase but it was the manner of its buying which completes the experience. Beautiful shop. Well laid out and quality everywhere. I will look forward to my next visit...
