Addie did a PHENOMENAL job with our daughter, who recently purchased her first home and needed to furnish several rooms. Addie was incredibly knowledgeable and professional in guiding her through the process! Addie’s excellent taste led our daughter to select beautiful, timeless pieces that will undoubtedly “grow” with her and her home! Meeting and working with Addie was an experience we will always cherish as we fondly remember this exciting time in our daughter’s life!

We were searching for a new mattress/bedding and worked with Simone. She was great - friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I'd give her five stars!

The sales lady was excellent. Very knowledgeable. Also very helpful.Not pushy at all.My only problem was the long time to get the items delivered . Also Asked if there was any room for a small discount, and she said NO. Very disappointing . I have worked in retail and I know there is room for a little discount.

Our attendant was patient, courteous, and receptive to all of our questions.

The delivery was fast, the mattress was a good price. However, the website could have been far more transparent when it comes to removal of the old mattress. If you look hard enough, you will see that the the deliverers reserve the right to reject any bedding that they deem to be "unsanitary". The mattress had wear and tear and some stains, but it wasn't "unsanitary" -- not even sure that is supposed to mean. No discussion, just "it's not clean enough, we won't take it" -- which is not the same as "unsanitary".

I still have not received my furniture. They said that I could have each piece one at a time and I explained it would cost too much to get rid of the old furniture that way.

Incorrect furniture was delivered. Web sight has incorrect pictures as well.
