We have bought so much furniture over the course of well over a decade from this store and location.

This most recent visit involved a mattress we weren’t quite comfortable with. Mac went above and beyond any manager I’ve ever dealt with over the course of my 48 years on this earth and made sure that I was 100% satisfied. I simply cannot say enough good things about him.

Mac, I am in your debt for a lifetime of great sleep. Appreciate you.

The salesperson, Lydia, gave us a chance to walk through the showroom without following us around or being overbearing! She was aware of us, but not in our decision conversations.

Ed was extremely polite and helpful in helping us pick out our dining room set.

We felt very fortunate to work with Consultant Kevin Ragsdale. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Highly recommend! We were very pleased with our experience and mattress purchases.

My salesperson Jack was very great. He was very patient as I walked around the store to decide on what I wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the furniture in the store. He made my shopping experience very pleasant.

The service rep I dealt with. Ermis Liriano, was great to work with. He gave me guidance but was not over solicitous. He discussed options and was patient.

Fast delivery, professional people, they were in and out in about 10 minutes

We bought a mattress and boxspring from the Watchung, NJ store. The shopping part was fine but when they delivered the mattress and boxspring the boxspring would not fit up our stairs, so they left both mattresses and rescheduled a delivery with a smaller boxspring. When they came with the new boxspring, they refused to take the old mattress because "we don't get paid for that." That was the delivery guy's words. He said the last guys should have taken it and also said he would not take the mattress because it had a stain. We looked everywhere for this stain and could not find it. He said he took a picture of the stain and we asked to see it and he refused to show it to us. He also lied and said there was no room in the truck. I looked in the back of the truck and there was plenty of room. We called the delivery supervisor and had to ask for them to send the photos of the stain. After arguing with us for 10 minutes they sent it to us. There was a TINY PINPOINT stain on the corner which came off with water. The delivery guy had a bad attitude, was rude, and was obviously looking for any excuse not to take the mattress because he "didn't get paid to do it." I will never shop here again and will tell everyone I know not to do the same.

I visited the store located at Watchung Nj where Mr. Stuart Wald a Sales consultant greet us and help to answer our questions and concerns, exceptional customer service. When ready I will visit the store and Mr. Wald.

I've ordered mattresses and box springs relying on manager's advice. He gave me an approximate price , which I approved. Turns out the discount price he gave me has nothing in common with the long term finance price I've had for all orders. He was aware that I've chose a long term, but hadn't mention that this is not applicable to this items. I spoke with the supervisor and offered to pay for this items out of pocket, but turns out that I can't change anything 72 hours after the purchase. Also the recliner I purchased is not that comfortable as a floor sample, and the box springs were 9" with the high bed(also purchased same place) and high mattresses, so we were not able to use them, but when I was trying to return I was told that no returns on this items, finally agreed on replacing. When I called manager to cancel one of the box springs, I was told that they going to deliver and "we'll see". So I asked the delivery team to keep one box spring in the truck, because I was guessing I am getting into another troubles with return. So beware, the company is full of surprises. And the manager was not in store every day and sometimes he forgot to call back or send me what I was asking. Thank you Watchung store for the lesson, will never use you again. Never,never,never order from the store. Use Internet instead. This guys are just making money and never do anything for you.

I was shopping for a mattress at the Watchung store and was helped by a young man named Freddy Amaya and he was great! He was very knowledgeable, informative, and patient. He listened very well and answered all my questions. I was never pressured into making a decision but was definitely lead to make the right decision.
