Got great service, more than I had expected
I had a set of complex problems about an item I had already ordered and one that I wanted to, but I needed help to change the address and date of delivery. The salesperson was extremely helpful so that I walked away with my problems settled and feeling good about my purchases.

Every time I walk into the store is great! The sales person will greet and help with what I’m looking for. What I like the most is that they listen and let you be to look at the furniture. Love their selections and accessories. Great customer service all around!

Furniture was delivered dirty and mismatched pillows. Returned the items and my refund took an additional week to be returned because the back office missed a step (or at least that’s what I was told). I’m still waiting for the correct pillows to be sent and my order was placed before Thanksgiving 2025. It’s now March 2026. Do not shop with this store. Incompetent staff

Richie Rodriguez was the best!
As usual, my experience at Raymour was extraordinary. My sales rep Richie Rodriguez was professional, patient and treated me like family. He took his time showing me different options for my new home. I love Raymour and would definitely go back to see Richie. He’s the best, hands down. And the young lady who finalized my order and set up my delivery was delightful to deal with. She was organized and reviewed every detail with me before payment was processed. Thank you❤️

Wonderful service with no pressure!
We had a great time looking for a new mattress and found the perfect one for us! Jack Gonzales was so helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy in any way. It was a pleasure doing business with him! Just a lovely guy and great salesman!

The salesman had alot of patience and…showed me a loveseat that is a recliner .
The salesman had alot of patience and guided me to picking the perfect loveseat for me. It is one that I would not have known about which has the ability to raise the legs, recline, move the angle of the head and body. It will be wonderful to sit and recline on it when watching television,.
